So I threw 1-4 into RNG and it gave me 4 so clearly it desires to hurt me as well.

My memory of exact game events is a bit fuzzy, but maybe something something while Iggy is recovering Noct and Gladio go off and continue to do things and Prompto stays with Ignis to help with like... changing dressings and whatever else he needs.
