FOR GAME ADS:

➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed.

➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no banners, no blinking text, no obnoxious tables, no sparklies, no pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad.

FOR GAME QUESTIONS:

➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme.

➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Unnecessary vitriol, any mention of personal drama or wank, or mod teams/individual mods/players being singled out, will be frozen and/or deleted.

FOR CHARACTER ADS:

➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL/1-on-1 ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. Others will comment to you with the games/casts they want you to join.

➤ There is a "Find a Castmate" section, where you can talk about a cast you play in at a game, and try to lure people to join it. Not all games post to the meme or have a "wanted" section, so players that want to tempt people to their cast on their own can use this section for it. Please format this the same as the PSL/1-on-1 section, where you post the canons in your subject. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find a Castmate" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. When listing who's currently in a cast, please do this in sentence form (with commas) rather than in list form.

➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding, with the same rules as the Game Ads Section above.

➤ If you're recommending a game to someone, try to match your suggestion to their needs. It's okay if part of your game rec is copy-pasted (such as what the game's about), but at least some part of the rec must be personalized to their ad. Try not to recommend the same game to every single ad, either. Ad spam that isn't individualized in some way will also be screened.

➤ Don't be a dick. This isn't one of the anoncomms, so any snide comments or unnecessary commentary on the RP plans of others will be screened.

[wanted]: I could just say "everyone" and leave it at that, but any of the Son family (Chi-Chi, Goten, Pan, etc.) would be fantastic! Any version of Trunks (main timeline, Future Trunks, Xenoverse...) would be cool too, and Vegeta and Bulma seem like they'd work well in this setting.

Piccolo would be great to have in the game, since he'd pretty much be Space Batman. Having Krillin and Android 18 around would be interesting as well - Goku can't go Super Saiyan in this setting (I figured it would make him more likely to work as part of a team), so the change in that dynamic could be interesting to play with!

Last, but certainly not least, we would love to see Mr. Satan. Seeing as the premise involves characters getting super-powers, there's all sorts of things that could be done with him, like making him ridiculously over-powered, or giving him something that isn't much use, like flight (everyone gets a ring that lets them fly), and watch him get by regardless with the skills that he has. It seems like it would be so much fun to have him in the game.

[game info]: the Legion is set in the 30th century of the DC Comics universe, long after heroes like the Justice League have faded into memory. However, knowledge of the Legion of Superheroes comics isn't a requirement. To combat a menace to time itself, the Legion is calling upon heroes from across various universes to help.

Activity check is once every two months - for your first activity check, you just need to post that you're there, and beyond that, you need several threads with a total of 10 or 20 comments (ex. five or ten for you, and five or ten for the person who you're commenting with). There's lots of combinations, but it's all covered here.

Here's more information as to the sorts of characters and abilities that can be accepted. Reserves and apps for new players are open at the moment, and there is a test drive to try if you want to try out your character in the setting.

[game info]: futuro is a mission-based game functioning under the premise that your characer has randomly fallen through a rift in the space-time continuum, and has then volunteered to be a part of an organization called ALASTAIR who operates without hierarchy and under the explicit purpose of "saving worlds." this can mean anything from babysitting a newborn batch of aliens meant to populate a planet, solve the mystery of a zombie-outbreak, or prevent the goblin magic uprising in a distant kingdom! it is relatively medium-paced that can pick up when events hit, and typically missions last roughly around three months. the next mission (starting after may) is supposedly a "quick" one. the game is very backtag-friendly. there is a character cap of 80, and a cast cap of 6, and currently the app works on a rolling system where they are always open and apps are processed every weekend (barring big plots preventing it) any time there is room. typically turnover isn't too bad; there is almost always a couple of spots available every month due to the ac check anyway. many of the cast has already been in the game for several months now. also, a new TDM has just gone up recently! c: feel free to ask any questions and i would be happy to help!

- I just thought I would put some feelers out there, but I'm wondering if there are any other Overwatch players out there who would be interested in a small group PSL kind of thing. Basically, it would just sort of be a private musebox situation to fool around in and fill in the gaps from canon or whatever! We've been kidnapped to an alien fleet and there's a lot of Shady Stuff going on among them, and we're currently visiting a kind of space hub with all kinds of aliens and even more Shady Stuff. It's also open to player-run plots and events.

We've got a fair number of players with hectic work schedules, yours wouldn't be a problem. AC is also low, 5 log or 10 network comments.

Oh man, Spock and McCoy, you say! While I play from the warring stars there, more Trek in

thefleet_net would make my old Trekkie heart happy! I'd be particularly excited for McCoy because I play a Mr Grumpy too and I think they would have fun CR, but Spock's great, too. We have an AOS!Jane Kirk for not-quite-canonmate confusion.

Um okay so it's a small game set ~in space~ with loads of shady things to explore in and around the alien fleet we've been kidnapped to. You can regain items from home. Our players are all pretty busy, slow tags and backtags are fine, AC is 5 log or 10 network comments.

[game info]: Eight gods who feed off emotions cause events in order to elicit those emotions in the characters in game, leading to events that range from horror to downright silly. Characters shitpost pretty regularly, you can really make an impact on the setting, the NPCs and lore are really engaging, and now that we're in Arc 2 of the metaplot, things are going to get more interesting fast. The game is very OC friendly too!

We're having a major shake-up in the game's politics this month, so here are the roles we're most in need of filling:

• Witches! Circle Daybreak is the witch faction. It's small in size at the moment but its leader is causing all sorts of controversy within the supernatural community, so there's lots to get involved in.
• Heroes, students and teachers to join the Redbright Institute. It's a school for supernatural beings and basically this game's equivalent of the X-Men. They're having a bit of a disagreement with Circle Daybreak and could do with the numbers to bolster their strength.
• Werewolves! The pack needs its strength to fight those pesky vampires!

-My timezone is EST and my own speed can vary depending on how much I'm feeling a character at a given time as well as how many threads I'm juggling at the moment. So I may be slow at times, but I'm also capable of boomeranging. And I'm willing to play with players of any other speed.

[game info]: Ryslig is a game where characters turn into monsters determined by character traits (or randomly). So there's all that nice body horror stuff. Also there's a plot involving gods fighting and all that jazz. Wrench is gonna be a wendigo (which in ryslig is basically a hungry zombie deer) and while most changes don't start til tomorrow, he's already apparently planning a snack heist at the grocery store.

The test drive goes up May 12, reserves start May 19, and apps start May 21! Let's be monsters!

soulgemmed has a dito and a prospective mikhail! they're metaplot focused, and medium-to-fast paced (which picks up even further during events/boss battles) with an emphasis on player impact on plots. there is some slice of life, but mostly as a cooldown period between events.
