thank you for the suggestion! i have been interested in snowblind in the past (not with for that character, though), but i do have a question. i heard through plurk buzz a while back there's news about the end game coming up soon...ish? but that's of course secondhand information from a while ago.

i only ask when that might be since depending on the date it may close, i wouldn't want to app in a character i wanted to get loads of development with. otherwise, it does meet my requirements and power loss is no sweat for me!
