Perhaps lostcarnival? It might fit any of your characters, though I am most familiar with Homura and Robin. We also have a Sora from KH, if you're looking for cast. Lost Carnival is a game about a dimension-hopping faerie carnival and one of the options for joining is making a deal with the Ringmaster for nearly anything (like maybe help with a war or fixing a timeline).

It's a small game and runs on 2 real days to 1 in-game, but still manages to be fairly active, and has a broad mix of events. Sometimes SoL, sometimes action, sometimes everyone is suddenly a mermaid, that sort of thing.
