Oh man, a Liir! It's been ages since I read the books, but it's neat to see someone playing him out there.

If you're looking for a home for obscure/less known characters in general, I'd like to toss up lostcarnival for your consideration. It's a faerie carnival where people can cut a deal with the Ringmaster to get a wish granted (or be involuntarily recruited into working) and you can app as a newbie or a veteran who's come back after some time away. Despite the premise, a lot of the focus of the game tends to be on CR/exploration, and there's some body transformation aspects that you can play up or down (a few changes are mandatory, but it can be dramatic or subtle).

I play a LCW who's a minor character there, and I've never had trouble pulling together tags or AC. In terms of affecting plot/setting, we've just wrapped up a pretty intense/busy plot so this month will probably be a little more relaxed ICly, but you can expect that to ramp up later.
