if you're looking for a slower, plot-focused game that's backtag friendly and has a low AC, allow me to suggest fade rift! we meet all those requirements, and have dragons.
on that note, the game's set in the dragon age universe (basically just high fantasy), and characters can be AU'd or show up from their own canon setting. we've had OUAT characters in the past (ruby, jefferson, a few others) and as our resident zombie nerd i'd love to see a twd character in game.
there's an overarching metaplot that involves Saving the World, and smaller monthly missions and tasks that contribute to that, alongside player plot events and downtime for CR development.
apps for rifters (non-AU'd characters) aren't open until september, but if it sounds like something you'd like to check out, allow me to wave vigorously towards our current tdm.
