thefarshore fits all your requirements - I'd personally really like to see Star or Sophie there, but most of your list could probably fit in fine! It's a Noragami-based game, so characters are apped in as either new incarnations of gods, or as shinki, the weapons of gods who lose their memories of their life. It's medium-paced generally, and 3 OOC days = 1 IC day ratio so it's easy to keep up with and means backtagging generally goes on for longer since there's not as much of an IC time disparity. This month's Test Drive just went up and reserves are open, and in general the TDM/reserve period happens at the start of every month.
