A lot of it depends on which muses you feel are stronger (and I might have to do some review, even if it's just re-reading some Gai-centric parts or rewatching the Last movie), but I'd be fine with either one interacting with Naruto. I could easily see some ridiculous shenanigans with Gai and Naruto since they're such energetic goofballs, and it seems like there's a lot that went unexplored between Naruto and Hinata.

Of course, I'd also be fine with having Gai interact with Kakashi, or Hinata bouncing off of Kiba. Not seeing much on Bakerstreet at the moment (I'm not good at writing shipping, and it seems like that's 80% of the memes on the first page, though I suppose practice couldn't hurt), but I'd be up for trying something like that.
