Not sure if you're interested in CRAU, but wethelost sounds like it might fit the bill for you! It's a healing game for characters who have already been through the wringer of other games. It's predominantly SOL with a very slow-moving metaplot. It's set in the realm of a child god who's bringing people in to help them build and grow their world. There's a wishing system that lets you trade extra activity for items or even powers or body modifications or expansions to the setting that your character would like to particularly see. It's small and we're very backtag friendly.
