Would you be open to an AU game? If so, we've got a Natasha over at undergrounds and the urban fantasy premise could work well for Richie! Basically there are a bunch of supernatural characters (witches, vampires, werewolves, etc) living in London and sometimes not getting along, which is where the plot comes in: various supernatural factions competing with each other for power and territory.
