I think Kevin might fit in at Tu Shanshu, where we live on the back of a giant turtle with a solid number of villain or morally very dubious characters, and enough heroes to keep them in line. No power or memory loss, only game-breaking powers are reduced, AC is easy and we've got a very interesting metaplot which players help shape.
