I have this guy for TXF and would really dig interactions with any of his castmates, although I'm especially itching to write him against a Diana/Mulder/Scully/CSM; his default canonpoint is late Season 5. I have some ideas for plots if PSLs are your kind of thing but I also love memes and would be 200% game for them as well.
I've been contemplating writing CSM - I could definitely be convinced if anyone plays a Teena Mulder because tbh I find their relationship fascinating.
For M*A*S*H, I'm slowly working on a Hawkeye Pierce at incomingwounded and would honestly sacrifice my firstborn child for a Margaret to ship with. Platonic stuff with her and any/all castmates is awesome too!!
