FOR GAME ADS:

➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed.

➤ PLEASE NOTE A RULE CHANGE HERE. ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no oversized banners (they must be 250px in height or less), no blinking text, no obnoxious table html that doesn't collapse easily, no sparklies, no large pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad.

FOR GAME QUESTIONS:

➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme.

➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Unnecessary vitriol, any mention of personal drama or wank, or mod teams/individual mods/players being singled out, will be screened and/or deleted.

FOR CHARACTER ADS:

➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL/1-on-1 ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. Others will comment to you with the games/casts they want you to join.

➤ There is a "Find a Castmate" section, where you can talk about a cast you play in at a game, and try to lure people to join it. Not all games post to the meme or have a "wanted" section, so players that want to tempt people to their cast on their own can use this section for it. Please format this the same as the PSL/1-on-1 section, where you post the canons in your subject. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find a Castmate" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. When listing who's currently in a cast, please do this in sentence form (with commas) rather than in list form.

➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding, with the same rules as the Game Ads Section above.

➤ If you're recommending a game to someone, try to match your suggestion to their needs. It's okay if part of your game rec is copy-pasted (such as what the game's about), but at least some part of the rec must be personalized to their ad. Try not to recommend the same game to every single ad, either. Ad spam that isn't individualized in some way will also be screened.

IN GENERAL:

➤ Don't be a dick. This isn't one of the anoncomms, so any snide comments or unnecessary commentary on the RP plans of others will be screened.

I already have Yuu at

recolle but damn if it isn't tempting in getting to play with a Guren. I love their dynamic and banter a lot, even if part of me is still inwardly screeching over the current situation in the manga.

Same. Me too. And I am still salty and impatient on the last? of Guren's Catastrophe novels to be released when I had expected it in Dec and now it says October. (I also have accounts for both teen and adult Guren. And a Mika I haven't voice tested yet).

If Recolle was not so big and fast and already taking over my inbox. Yeah, alas. But I'd definitely be down for musebox things or something!

But it’s okay!! We can still enjoy their dynamic. Is there a type of thread you’d be interested in? Something branching from canon orrr completely separate like a meme?

I mean. I know how it all ends but at the same time I torture myself in wanting details okay.

As for a type of thread. Hm, I like exploring canon, usually with what if scenarios if characters made one different decision and how that ripples in impacting things, or more behind the scenes moments in expanding on stuff that is implied or brushed off, like time skip sort of things. But at the same time I am also down for au. Because I mean. /gestures to Recolle premise being au with regaining memories/abilities from canon.

Let's seeeee... I tend to lose interest in straight up AUs like that, but I do like the sound of everything else! Is there a what if scenario you're dying to play, or maybe something Guren and Yuu did together off screen that would be fun?

I just find it fun, in the characters dealing with regaining memories of canon, esp with the potential in Yuu's case for him to be all confused and react to.

As for other options. Hm. There is the time period in between when Guren finds Yuu and the manga picks up again after that timeskip. I know there's like one extra chapter in showing some of that. If I remember rightly....(Yuu why the frak would you take on a vampire with a wooden sword you idiot boy.....)

As for what if, I could prob think of something easier for Yuu and Mika with that, in regards to like reversing their roles in Yuu being the vampire and Mika escaping Sanguinem. I'm still thinking on something like that in regards to Guren there.

training yuu before the beginning of the series would be pretty cute! or even in vague time points between when he first gets his squad and their bigger battles, I bet there's always room to shove them together like that.

any chance to see their relationship more is rly cute so I am down for it!! If you're down for writing Yuu sparring Guren and learning his life lessons, then I am too!

I loved in that extra chapter how the soldiers were just 'oh. It's that brat. Guren's kid, right?' like who else takes in the most tsun brat ever. Of course he's Guren's. But yeah iirc there's kinda smaller time skips ish in between the training and all once Guren does finally accept Yuu into the Vampire Extermination Squad and all too.

Tiny Yuu learning from Guren how to pick himself back up and Guren being that One Person he opens up to for years until Shinoa and the others crash in to his life. I am here for this.

WELL IN THAT CASE... Is there anything you have a preference for at the moment?

I aggressively ship them, so anything with that is a bonus tbh... I was telling someone up thread that I don't do too well with straight up AUs, but I'm cool with canon or "what if this happened instead" type canon branches, or even playing out things in between canon events as an excuse for memes and etc. So pretty much anything like that...! but if you have no strict preferences either, I can always browse bakerstreet for ideas.

That's fine by me since I fizzle out with straight up AU as well. They can always do one of those hurt/comfort or nursed back to health things if one of them gets banged up really bad. OR BOTH DO YANNO. I'm pretty sure there's a meme of that on bakerstreet as well as that caught in the rain one which could be the two of them stuck somewhere together in the middle of a mission or WHATEVER somewhere.

I LOVE BOTH OF THOSE or we could even combine it somehow........ h/c in the rain... I really love embarrassing drama/angst and sap so I hope this is fine
