ENABLEMEPLZ meme goes up on the last Saturday of every month FOR GAME ADS: ➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed. ➤ PLEASE NOTE A RULE CHANGE HERE. ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no oversized banners (they must be 250px in height or less), no blinking text, no obnoxious table html that doesn't collapse easily, no sparklies, no large pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad. FOR GAME QUESTIONS: ➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme. ➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Unnecessary vitriol, any mention of personal drama or wank, or mod teams/individual mods/players being singled out, will be screened and/or deleted. FOR CHARACTER ADS: ➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL/1-on-1 ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. Others will comment to you with the games/casts they want you to join. ➤ There is a "Find a Castmate" section, where you can talk about a cast you play in at a game, and try to lure people to join it. Not all games post to the meme or have a "wanted" section, so players that want to tempt people to their cast on their own can use this section for it. Please format this the same as the PSL/1-on-1 section, where you post the canons in your subject. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find a Castmate" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. When listing who's currently in a cast, please do this in sentence form (with commas) rather than in list form. ➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding, with the same rules as the Game Ads Section above. ➤ If you're recommending a game to someone, try to match your suggestion to their needs. It's okay if part of your game rec is copy-pasted (such as what the game's about), but at least some part of the rec must be personalized to their ad. Hello! I was wondering if I might be able to interest you in empatheias? I play Usagi there and we also have a Setsuna/Pluto! I know we'd both love either Chibiusa or Minako! Empatheias is on the larger size but is mostly medium paced and allows characters to keep their powers! It has SOL and an over-reaching plot as well as the ability to make the game what you will with lots of player run events both serious and fun in nature.

SHO ME YOUR MOVES

We have a lot of Persona characters over at maskormenace, and both Adachi and myself (Yu) have Sho-related memories to Sho you a good time. We also have a Yosuke who does not (so you know more fun there), along with some P2 (Eikichi and Tatsuya), P3 (Shinjiro and Minako) and P5s (Akira, Goro, Futaba, Haru, Morgana, Yusuke and with a Ryuji coming soon) for him to interact with.

There's a bunch of villainous characters and he would be able to do as much terrible or less terrible things as you'd want! There's even a test drive meme going on right now!

Plot wise, there's both mod plots and a lot of player plots that have been fun - we've had to shoot satellites out of space and there was a doppelganger event this month. The PTs also stole Count Dooku's heart and made him admit to his crimes (however prison here works that characters get out shortly so you know, commit crimes but don't stay there for long)

Here's the sort of power disclaimer - characters all get to pick 3 powers. So while Sho wouldn't technically have the exact same powers as in the fighting game, he'd be able to keep them since they fit under one umbrella (his Persona), plus you could give him a few extra ones - for example, Yu has the ability to teleport using televisions and a bond-based power that boosts another power along with his use of Izanagi. So you know if you want to make Sho fly or have him be able to go on fire, or make a power that uses the Power of his Puns, you could do that.

i was thinking of giving MoM a look actually!! maybe i'll actually take the time to do that now. (there is so much to read in its info pages jfc)

i'll need to canon review hardcore for sho in order to be able to app him anywhere, so i dont know if i should jump on that TDM just yet. i would app in the round after the upcoming one, if i do app. but i'll definitely look at it - it would be fun to play with such a huge cast and i think an anti-social character like sho would benefit a lot from having some pre-established relationships he can fall back on early... plus i like the idea of using the game's rules as an excuse to simply some of his powers. hmm.

anyway, thank you for the invitation!! i'll definitely consider it while i'm canon reviewing in the upcoming weeks!

Hey any Sho time is good time to me - honestly I haven't played around with a Sho as Yu so that would be great for me, plus Sho can make good on his promise to try and kill Yu a few times I mean what. If it helps, reserves for next round always begin the first day of the month, so apping into the end of May/ early June you can reserve at the start of May. the TDM is usually the last week of the month.

hello! this is sho-mun logged into a different journal.

so, i think i *am* interested in apping to MoM with sho, following a canon review. but one of my friends just announced that she's launching a murdergame at the end of the month that's going to last for two months, and i think i might wanna kinda... long-term test drive him in that game first. so basically, just to let you and your cast know, i think i might want to app but it wont be until the summer, and i'll have some much-needed practice with sho under my belt afterwards, so it'll probably be worth it. :3

I can understand the allure of murdergames, so don't worry about anything. Just knowing Sho is around is pretty cool as far as I am concerned and if you end up in MoM after all, all the better (but no pressure, we're all here to have fun after all). If you need a practice against a Yu, lemme know!

We've got a few Personas at thefarshore, but I'd honestly really like to see either of the other two there as well. It's a fairly large, medium-paced game, and the AC requirements are 2 proofs per month, where one proof is either 5 log or 10 network comments. It's an urban fantasy set in the Heavens of Japan, and characters either come in as gods or as shinki, the memloss'd weapons of gods. Because of that setup, there's a mission/prayer system through which characters can go help their followers, fight monsters, get more info on the plot, etc. It also doesn't power nerf (both roles actually gain powers of different sorts when they arrive).
