October EMP Meme
FOR GAME ADS: ➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed. ➤ PLEASE NOTE A RULE CHANGE HERE. ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no oversized banners (they must be 250px in height or less), no blinking text, no obnoxious table html that doesn't collapse easily, no sparklies, no large pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad. FOR GAME QUESTIONS: ➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme. ➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Unnecessary vitriol, any mention of personal drama or wank, or mod teams/individual mods/players being singled out, will be screened and/or deleted. FOR CHARACTER ADS: ➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL/1-on-1 ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. Others will comment to you with the games/casts they want you to join. ➤ There is a "Find a Castmate" section, where you can talk about a cast you play in at a game, and try to lure people to join it. Not all games post to the meme or have a "wanted" section, so players that want to tempt people to their cast on their own can use this section for it. Please format this the same as the PSL/1-on-1 section, where you post the canons in your subject. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find a Castmate" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. When listing who's currently in a cast, please do this in sentence form (with commas) rather than in list form. ➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding, with the same rules as the Game Ads Section above. ➤ If you're recommending a game to someone, try to match your suggestion to their needs. It's okay if part of your game rec is copy-pasted (such as what the game's about), but at least some part of the rec must be personalized to their ad. Try not to recommend the same game to every single ad, either. Ad spam that isn't individualized in some way will also be screened. IN GENERAL: ➤ Don't be a dick. [rp you're offering for / rp type you'd wanna play in]: For Dean, I'm looking to explore him in a variety of canon points, most particularly during season 13 and who he is at the end of season 13/beginning of 14. That being said, I'm happy to play Dean at any canon point, too. For everyone else on my muse list, I'm pretty flexible also. I'm not looking for any games for Dean currently; I just want to toss him on memes and in psls.

Holy dang, this is so right up my alley I couldn't believe it on first read. I JUST started exploring SPN/DA:I with a friend of mine a few days ago! Lol Crossovers in general are absolutely my bread and butter.
I have a fledgling Castiel muse I can offer (though it'd just be for gen and adventure shenanigans) if you don't mind me being extremely new, as Dean and Cas are one of my favorite dynamics in the show.
I can offer a few characters for crossovers, though, and I've been curious to try tossing Kate here (from the first two seasons of NCIS) at Dean. A DA:I AU sounds like it could be great for that if you'd be interested. If not, we can definitely talk shop. I have a few other possible ideas.
On the non-ship end of the spectrum I would really love to explore some found-family dynamics with Dean and Rapunzel, or Dean and Starfire from Teen Titans, if you don't mind cross-medium things.

I have a lot of feelings about Grey Warden!Dean tbh.I love gen and adventure shenanigans! I love Dean and Cas in every variation of their dynamic, so I'm definitely keen. I absolutely don't mind at all, as I'm fairly new with Dean myself. Maybe we could do a thread on the Midnight Texting meme, as that seems like a good, lowkey way to thread them?
Oh man Kate! It's been awhile since I watched NCIS but she was always one of my favorites and I would love to do something with her and Dean sometime!
I don't mind cross medium at all. Actually, both of those sound really great. I'm more familiar with Rapunzel than Starfire but I would definitely be up for both!

You also have excellent tastes! Kate was one of my favorites, too. It's been a long time since I played her but I've had the urge for a while now, and I can just see her getting tangled up in the world of the Supernatural way too easily
and ending up an eventual casualty. I'm down for discussing any and all AU possibilities.I'm still behind (I haven't had the heart to watch season 13 yet, so I'm not up to date on the new episodes), but I plan on catching up SOON.

I've never even considered a DA!AU for Supernatural but now that I'm thinking about it, it seems so good. I mean, absolutely, Hogwarts AU? Always gold but... Dragon Age... I think that'd be so awesome, I'd totally love to give that a try! I'd be totally down for any non-AU's, too- pretty open to canon points as well. I've mainly been trying Sam out around Seasons ~ 4/5/6 so far, but I surprised myself with how into Season 13 I got, and Season 14 so far seems like a really interesting point to try as well. I mean... Michael!Dean. Thanks, Supernatural. I'm so used to giving, and finally I got to receive.

And man, right? I was so bummed that we did not really get any Sam and Michael!Dean interaction on show, especially since it was so fun to have Lucifer!Sam and Dean interaction back in the day, so I'd be down for remedying that.
And I'm taking a look at bakerstreet right now, and there are a lot of Halloween themed ones that could probably fit into any canon stuff very easily? Looks like two haunted house ones at least, an apocalypse one... Might be nice to have an old fashioned zombie apocalypse or something, instead of the usual funky ones they have to deal with. There's also a bad end meme, if you did want to try out Michael at some point. I can def get something started up on either or whatever, or a different one if you'd prefer!
