ENABLEMEPLZ meme goes up on the last Saturday of every month FOR GAME ADS: ➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed. ➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no banners, no blinking text, no obnoxious tables, no sparklies, no pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad. FOR GAME QUESTIONS: ➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme. ➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Unnecessary vitriol, any mention of personal drama or wank, or mod teams/individual mods/players being singled out, will be frozen and/or deleted. FOR CHARACTER ADS: ➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL/1-on-1 ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. [preferences]:
* Games with mechanics are the best. I love tracking levels and advancement and growth etc. I love it so much.
* Characters I can ship with, either castmates or cross-canon, are also the best.
* Light AC needed
* Most genres are fine, but I'd prefer to avoid most horror/survival games just because it's hard to play them long-term without the character getting horribly depressed and broken down forever. If there's a way to avoid this, I'll consider exceptions.
* I need plots to get involved with. I like to play very proactive characters, so having lots of opportunities to pursue unlimited plots/hooks is my bread and butter.
* I don't mind sex in games, but I'm not really into kink games.
* Medium-paced is preferred. I tend to boomerang for ships, though, I can't help it.

Well...we are horror, but we are horror/humor? Our game is based on the Fallen London universe, so we strive to make things humorously dark. (Really, the Bazaar sounds terrifying until you realize its basically a giant, hollow space crab that can fly through space via pig-shaped rockets.) Our plot is also player-driven, so there are endless possibilities that can be pursued. Knowledge of Fallen London beforehand is also not required.

We also just opened, so we've not many people atm, but if the above at all interests you, our mod journal has all the information!

There's a light as hell AC over at empatheias, along with a monthly emotion tracker (that being the games quirk) to keep tally of. Player plot and world wide plot stuff seems to be on an upward rise as well. Pace should be medium at best.

I'm not on the right journal for this but, regardless! thefarshore has a Bleach cast (Kensei, Yoruichi, and Zangetsu, the zanpakuto/hollow one) and a Persona 4 cast (I play Souji but we also have a Rise and someone talking about apping Kanji), but is really big on crosscanon interactions so pretty much everyone on your list would be welcome.

The AC is pretty chill, to the point that it has a flowchart. As for genre and plot, the game is based on the series Noragami (your character can either be the reincarnation/replacement for a god, or a shinki that assists a god after having died, and has to regain their memories), so there's a mix of genres with an overarching plot tying it all together. There's some horror, but the slice of life aspects balance that out, and it's not thrown right in your face. It's also very player driven, imho, so proactive characters are def welcome.

Medium pace is usually its speed, especially with the 3:1 OOC:IC ratio, though it can speed up or slow down depending. And by doing prayers (quests) you gain followers/exp, and can regain items and memories, as well as attain some Special Statuses, depending on whether you're a god or a shinki.

I'M LATE TO THE PARTY but crosschecks has a bleach cast! we have shunsui, ichigo, keigo, and orihime; so any of your characters would fit right in! it also has a lot of room for advancement, with dungeons and war and other quests your character can complete. AC is relatively easy (here are the requirements!). i'd say the game is medium-paced, and it's really backtag friendly!
