FOR GAME ADS:

➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed.

➤ PLEASE NOTE A RULE CHANGE HERE. ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no oversized banners (they must be 250px in height or less), no blinking text, no obnoxious table html that doesn't collapse easily, no sparklies, no large pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad.

FOR GAME QUESTIONS:

➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme.

➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Unnecessary vitriol, any mention of personal drama or wank, or mod teams/individual mods/players being singled out, will be screened and/or deleted.

FOR CHARACTER ADS:

➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL/1-on-1 ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. Others will comment to you with the games/casts they want you to join.

➤ There is a "Find a Castmate" section, where you can talk about a cast you play in at a game, and try to lure people to join it. Not all games post to the meme or have a "wanted" section, so players that want to tempt people to their cast on their own can use this section for it. Please format this the same as the PSL/1-on-1 section, where you post the canons in your subject. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find a Castmate" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. When listing who's currently in a cast, please do this in sentence form (with commas) rather than in list form.

➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding, with the same rules as the Game Ads Section above.

➤ If you're recommending a game to someone, try to match your suggestion to their needs. It's okay if part of your game rec is copy-pasted (such as what the game's about), but at least some part of the rec must be personalized to their ad. Try not to recommend the same game to every single ad, either. Ad spam that isn't individualized in some way will also be screened.

hwayugi is an adaption of journey into the west, and a supernatural drama. jin seon mi has always been able to see ghosts, demons, and evil spirits and as a child she meets son oh gong who is a trapped deity. she frees him from his supernatural prison, thinking he’s going to protect her from the spirits she sees except after she does release him…………he decides that protecting a human child seems like a waste of his newfound freedom.

fast-forward years later: the two meet again, and because of the sin of releasing oh gong from prison seon mi now has lotus flower scented blood that is irresistible to demons and monsters, and oh gong wants to eat her, except he can’t since he promised her as a child he would protect her. the two end up as a supernatural crime fighting duo, vanquishing evil spirits, saving humans etc.

honestly i’m thirsty for this dynamic, and i’d be willing to make oc’s to play it if that’s more your style than canon characters! or au canon characters into the place of seon mi/oh gong.

If you do all of Machias' bonding events, I'm pretty sure there's one where Rean is canonly like "please just kiss already" so CS2 only made things Ten Times Worse for my soul...

Great! And yes I am also up to date (It'd be very surprising if you had seen the movie! TOMORROW!!) so we could probably play with something post-Change Your Mind.

I'm not sure what to start with - there's plenty of potentially fun scenarios to explore! Simple casual stuff such as them hanging around the beach and playing games; there's also the possibility of adventure and exploring places like gem ruins; hurt/comfort can also be nice and powerful. Oh and related to that, I do love dream sharing, and with Steven's canonical powers, he could accidentally end up in Connie's dreamscape!

So those are just a few ideas. Are there any other options you definitely want to do, and what option would you prefer to play out first?

While I am all for cross-canon stuff, it'd be super cool to explore maybe some potential events pre-Twilight Princess, or to play around with some AU stuff there. I'd love to interact with cross-series or within the TP canon.

For Olivia:
Something either cross-canon or within canon would be cool. I've just had a hankering to play around with her recently and would like to scratch that itch, as it were.

For Rinoa:
I'm very interested in AU things happening here, but I'm not particularly finicky. I'm just excited about the release of the remaster in a couple of days.

None of these are specifically geared toward shipping or smut, though if they have a natural progression there, I won't shirk the idea. Feel free to send me a message, comment here, or hit me up on Bakerstreet if you see me there.

Hi there! Have you taken a look at

empatheias? It's a fantasy game set on a sky island where characters can work to help restore the surface and get to deal with their emotions manifesting as different magical effects as well. The game's a mix of SoL and more plot-heavy stuff, with players free to determine how much of each they want to deal with (if you want all slice of life stuff, there's plenty of opportunity for that, if you want something more actiony or plotty, there's also opportunities for that between big events as well).

Things typically run at a medium pace these days. It can pick up a little during some of the bigger events, but the game doesn't move too too fast. And apps are currently open until the 4th, but we've recently switched to having app rounds every two months, so the next app round will be in November.

We've got a small Dangan cast (right now it's just Junko here and Gundam, and we have a Souda on reserve), and I'd love to see Tenko there. But I'd also be super happy to see your Mahouikus there as well. It's a pretty neat underrepresented series in DWRP, and I think Emp's fairly villain friendly. I've been playing Junko there for a few years, and we've had a fair few assorted villains over the years that have done various nefarious plots. There can be some heavy consequences for murdering another PC, but it's nothing that would render a character unplayable and is something worked out with the player in question and mods should it happen, so villain players do get to have input on whatever those consequences are.

I think that's the only major thing with playing a villain, so I hope you'll give the game a look. If you have any questions let me know, I've been playing there for years and have been modding for about a year or so, so I should be able to answer them!

hilda convinces claude to accompany her to ye olde town pub one night, just because all work and no play makes mr. leader man very dull indeed... teach pairs claude and hilda up for rubble carrying duty and it turns into a "how many compliments can i throw their way before they given in and do the work" competition... some noble throws a feast/ball/what have you to celebrate a recent victory, and hilda and claude sneak away from the crowd to gossip (and maybe dance) on the sidelines... LMFKDSFH the possibilities are endless with these two, i swear

Soooo the Ren player and I would adore having another persona protag at

daybreakacademy! We're a school-based AU game, and I get that this isn't everyone's thing, but the game itself is super chill and lot of fun. The pace is variable based on the person you're tagging with, but I would say we sit squarely in the medium-paced category. That being said, people backtag into oblivion, so that isn't an issue.

Daybreak is a somewhat darker modern fantasy, and it lends itself really well to a lot of Persona 4's themes. We've got an ad over here if you're interested!
