ENABLEMEPLZ meme goes up on the last Saturday of every month FOR GAME ADS: ➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed. ➤ PLEASE NOTE A RULE CHANGE HERE. ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no oversized banners (they must be 250px in height or less), no blinking text, no obnoxious table html that doesn't collapse easily, no sparklies, no large pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad. FOR GAME QUESTIONS: ➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme. ➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Unnecessary vitriol, any mention of personal drama or wank, or mod teams/individual mods/players being singled out, will be either frozen or screened (based on what seems right based on the content). FOR CHARACTER ADS: ➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. Others will comment to you with the games/casts they want you to join. ➤ There is a "Find a Castmate" section, where you can talk about a cast you play in at a game, and try to lure people to join it. Not all games post to the meme or have a "wanted" section, so players that want to tempt people to their cast on their own can use this section for it. Please format this the same as the PSL section, where you post your character's canons in your subject. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find a Castmate" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. When listing who's currently in a cast, please do this in sentence form (with commas) rather than in list form. ➤ There is a "Find Crosscanon" section, where you can talk about a character you play and and desired crosscanon for that character. Please make sure this is not too generalized a search, because just wanting general crosscanon can be accomplished with the other sections of the meme. This is for specific characters or character types you're looking for. In the subject, please list the "Looking for [canon you're looking for]" rather than your character's canon. If looking for a character type, list the character type in as few words as possible. Do not make the subject huge or I'll screen your comment. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find Crosscanon" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. ⤑ TLDR; Juno is a 16 (17 in the current manga chapters) year old female gray wolf in a world where anthro animals are divided into two categories - carnivore and herbivore. Juno is a self-confident young woman who goes for what she wants whole-heartedly and without fear while also forgetting how to filter her words before they exit her brain and out of her mouth. She can be cunning and a little manipulative when she sees the need as well as a touch greedy.
⤑ I'm particularly looking for a Louis for shipping shenanigans from heat of the moment to slow-burn and everything in between.

Maria Renard, Castlevania
⤑ TLDR; Maria was taken in by her distant relative Richter Belmont and his wife Annette following her rescue from Dracula's castle as a child. Since then she's grown into her abilities to summon the the Four Celestial Beasts and become a vampire hunter in her own right. She's self-confident with a big, bold attitude that hasn't diminished a bit since her childhood.
⤑ No real preferences here, I'm open to anyone! I've played off of characters from the animated series with her the most and I'm perfectly fine with spoilers. I'm open to AUing her into the animated series or not as needed.

Sarah Williams, Return to Labyrinth
⤑ TLDR; Once there was a young girl who in a fit of anger wished her baby brother away to the Goblin King - and that isn't the end of the story. Sarah is twenty-eight, a highschool english teacher and now an aspiring writer. She's grown up somewhat jaded and cynical, often avoiding feelings with jokes and snark. After thirteen years of being separated from her dreams and passions, she's learning how to dream again, hope and open up to others.
⤑ I'd love to bounce Sarah off of mythological/supernatural beings such as fae, fairy tale/folklore creatures and such in particular. She had a deep love of fairy tales and myths as a teenager and getting to experience such as an adult would be very intriguing for her. I also would love to do more urban fantasy sorts of PSLs with her (in particular I have the idea of Sarah being a paranormal investigator of sorts / one who deals with fae and pixies and all things mythological as well as AUs where she's been a changling the whole time or becomes a fae over time).
I'm also very interested in doing AUs involving elements of the Labyrinth and other Henson works (such as the Dark Crystal) alongside other 80's fantasy works (such as Legend, The Last Unicorn, etc).

Yukina Suzumori, Demons' Bond (also known as Toki no Kizuna)
⤑ TLDR; Yukina is a pure-blood demon (or oni) hailing from 1599 Japan just before the Battle of Sekigahara begins. Yukina was raised rather cloistered within a little mountain village attended by three Elders in her community and acts as the guard for Princess Yase. Her knowledge of humans is rather limited to what she knows from casual observation via going to their villages to trade and such. Even her knowledge on other demons/oni and socializing with them is extremely limited as well. She's good hearted though and deeply loyal to both Yase-hime and demonkind in general.
⤑ I'd love to explore either demon/oni society more in-depth or Yukina slowly learning more about human society. I'm extremely open to AUs as well.

interested in: Memes, oneshots and PSLs are all welcome! I have a particular love of AUs and I'm always willing to discuss them/come up with new ones.

I also enjoy such things as families of all types, slice of life/domestic shenanigans as well as horror and survival in general (mixed with some hurt/comfort). I particularly like exploring the darker, grittier sides of fairy tales. I draw the line at guro however and anything involving eye trauma.

■ Kanan - I mainly play him from Season Three/Four, but would be totally up to playing him from Season One/Two or even earlier with his New Dawn book canonpoint. AU ideas rattling my head are things like "What if Order 66 never happened" or "Order 66 happened and Kanan was converted into an Inquisitor as seen in Fallen Order". Also my kingdom for Rebels characters - the Ghost Crew (especially Hera and Sabine), Kallus, Thrawn, Ahsoka, Rex, and so on.

■ Ahsoka (Rebels) - I'd like to play her off OT and NT characters like Luke, Leia, Han, Vader, Rey, Kylo, Finn, etc, perhaps some sort of AU where she acts as an older mentor figure and later works against the First Order from the sides while keeping a low profile. And given recent news, I think it could be fun to thread her off a Mando/Din ahead of season 2, where she embraces being a white cloaked cryptid.

■ Ahsoka (Clone Wars) - Young and baby for PT characters like Anakin, Obi-Wan, Padme, Barriss, Rex, and so on. I'm most interested in playing her between the period after she leaves the Jedi and Order 66, as well as after Order 66 but before her Rebels timepoint.

■ Barriss - I'd like to play out her shifting feelings toward the Jedi, as we didn't get to see much of the build-up before she fell, or a post-Order 66 scenario where Luminara rescued her from the Republic prisons before she was executed. And if any Ahsoka players out there are interested in shipping I'm here for it, but we can also keep it platonic if that's preferred.

■ Ingrid - What I'm craving at the moment are the Ingrid defection routes, where she either joins Edelgard or Claude, since I'm so accustomed to playing her from Blue Lions already. Crimson Flower stuff would be especially interesting as she deals with her conflicted feelings on turning on her homeland, whereas with Verdant Wind her mind would be set on supporting Claude and Byleth to create a more equitable society that isn't burdened by cast systems or border divisions (i.e. the gang fights racism). Shipwise I'd be interested in Ingrid/Dorothea or Ingrid/Edelgard cause girl hot and cool. Also always open to playing off all the Blue Lion characters. Preference to play War Phase Ingrid, but I can do Academy Phase as well.

■ Shamir - My fav Shamir is Crimson Flower route who decides to go all in on her mercenary ways and switch her allegiances from Rhea to Edelgard when she finds out what Rhea really is. I'd especially love to play off a Catherine and explore how their once partnership is stretched and decimated as they prioritize their beliefs and personal creeds over how much they love each other. I wouldn't mind playing Catherine in this scenario, though my only caveat is we do this scenario as a psl.

I bring you today an AU of Princess Zelda from Breath of the Wild, in short an AU where she winds up in Link's position in the Shrine of Resurrection at the start of the game! It's an idea I thought would be fun to play with so I thought hey, why not, although I'm not gonna go into too many details right here because I don't want to discuss spoilers in a non-spoiler tagged space. Ganymede: basically anything/anybody greek mythology related if we can hit on some idea that could be fun? Gods, mortals ("canon" or not), whatever. I can play anywhere from early on when he's first brought up to post-Iliad up to modern day. I've got a couple myths I've estimated he's definitely/probably there for if that's helpful, and dealing with the aftermath of the destruction of Troy would be interesting!
In terms of modern day I can do anything from "lived up to this point" to reincarnation AUs or moving the myth forward. Also up to mash with adaptions and such.
Definitely looking for Zeus for shipping, though I prefer a prefer a lighter take on things; genuine affection as well as baser emotions, even if the situation of course can be more or less problematic in itself! (Would be as interested to start from kidnapping because of attraction as well as, as the earliest sources state, only because he's so damn pretty he belongs among the gods and then things developing from there, or whatever variation of it that might be of interest, like Zeus disguising himself as a human for a while before the abduction occurs.)

Juri: Catboy OC! m/m for shipping. I'd love to throw him at other catboys of various stripes, I love things like cultural differences and such. Anything from fantasy adventure plots, beauty and the beast things or being found as a stowaway on a pirate ship and having to, ahem, work for it, whatever. Haven't played Lamento, but he would fit in pretty well in that world, I think. Would also be interested in a deity AU for a Hades and Persephone bent.
