The game is set on a floating island above a ruined world, where characters' emotions have effects on the environment around them. There's a mix of slice-of-life and plot, with room for a variety of tones; what you take on is up to you! There are opportunities to explore the world and uncover its mysteries, as well as a task board with a variety of different quests/odd jobs that characters can take on, plus events that can play with the characters’ emotions. Steven himself has been in the game for several years, and his current canon point is the “Snow Day” episode of Future. I’m currently playing with some of the issues he’s had in Future, without things going exactly the same as in canon. Other characters from Future or from earlier canon points would all be welcome!
This game is ending in August and so there have been some changes to how AC and apps work. AC only requires one open post or seven comments (across two or more threads). Reserves and apps are also now always open; apps still have an initial period covering the first four days of the month, and any apps submitted following that period will be processed on weekends. There are also several options for anyone who wants to test out the setting: there’s the current test drive, and this month’s event also has a fourth wall effect.
