Sex is part of the setting, but the smut is completely optional. Also, each character is aligned to one of three moons, from which different optional effects can come into play at certain points of the month (including animal parts, changes to behavior and some powers). There are also events which can have a mix of tones, including action, comedy, drama, horror and smut. In terms of canon points, Edgeworth's from back in his early days (after the trial of Terry Fawles), while Gumshoe and Kay are from the first and second AAI games, respectively. We're open to playing with people from any canon points!
