➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed.

➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no banners, no blinking text, no obnoxious tables, no sparklies, no pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad.

FOR GAME QUESTIONS:

➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Unnecessary vitriol, any mention of personal drama or wank, or mod teams/individual mods/players being singled out, will be frozen and/or deleted.

FOR CHARACTER ADS:

➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL/1-on-1 ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. Others will comment to you with the games/casts they want you to join.

➤ There is a "Find a Castmate" section, where you can talk about a cast you play in at a game, and try to lure people to join it. Not all games post to the meme or have a "wanted" section, so players that want to tempt people to their cast on their own can use this section for it. Please format this the same as the PSL/1-on-1 section, where you post the canons in your subject. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find a Castmate" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. When listing who's currently in a cast, please do this in sentence form (with commas) rather than in list form.

HADRIEL

Two gods, opposed in all things, struggling for power. One threw open a door, allowing the entrance of evil and chaos - and you. Because power comes from emotion, and you are the thing that can provide that emotion. Your fear and your hope can strengthen the gods, but though they may see you as not much more than ambulatory batteries, that doesn't mean you're powerless. Welcome to the city of Hadriel, where fear and hope battle to manipulate you. Enjoy your stay, and do your best to avoid dying. It makes such a mess.

hadriel is a medium paced horror/choose-your-own-outcome game with an overarching plot arc that characters can alter and effect. The majority of the events are jamjar-esque, which are put on by the various gods designed to make your character feel specific emotions. These emotions give the gods power to further expand the city and establish themselves against the other gods, which then will result in plot events occurring. Look out, though- not everything is quite black and white here, and it's unwise to make such heavy decisions without knowing the full story.

Initially, the two gods in the city were Fear and Hope, each of whom had different types of events to pull fear and hope from your characters. While Fear uses the power he gains to oppose Hope and continue to terrorize the player characters, Hope is attempting to gain power to revive the dead gods. The first four revivals have already occurred: the goddess Rage who has taken no side in the fight so far, the goddess Delight who is Hope's ally, the elder and respected Sorrow who has no patience for Hope and Fear's conflict, and most recently the goddess Confusion who has proven to be petty and cruel at best. As the game progresses, Hope will give the player characters the ability to choose between which gods will be revived; these gods will later initiate events of their own, make alliances, have feuds, and reveal more about the setting and what caused them to die in the first place. Only two gods remain, Tranquility and Love - which will you choose?

[game info]: Savrou is a SPACE GAME but the ship just crashed and died on the planet it's been trying to reach for a while, whoops. I suspect that will not put an end to the travel, though. Anyway, up to now it's alternated between deep-space ship shenanigans and stops on different planets, so even in a relatively confined space there's been lots of chances for this treasure hunter to go exploring, which I love. On average, the tone of the game tilts more toward serious, but not to the point that there's no room for fun. (Nate's second ever network post was a drawing making fun of drama in another cast, for instance.) There are generally two mod-posted events/logs posted per month and this has varied from extremely open freeform stuff to personalized setups as they experiment with what works best. Player plots also occur fairly regularly. AC is very easy but players can also earn bonus AC for IC rewards.

tl;dr I'm having GOOD TIMES in this game, please come and join me! The calendar isn't up yet, but apps will happen again in December.

The game is set on a floating island above a ruined world, and in this game characters' emotions have effects on the environment around them. There's a mix of slice-of-life and plot, with room for a variety of tones; what you take on is up to you! There are opportunities to explore the world and discover its mysteries as well as a task board with a variety of different quests and odd jobs to play with. AC is also very simple, with ten comments (or an entry + seven comments) that can be spread across multiple links. Here is the game's navigation; reserves and a test drive are currently open, and apps will be open from December 1-4!

Steven's been in game for nearly half a year now, and he has grown very homesick. He was also canon updated to "Mindful Education" a few months ago, so he's dealing (or rather trying not to deal with) a lot of feelings right now! I feel that this would be an interesting setting for any of the gems and humans, with the emphasis on emotional power, the missions to undertake and the use of crystals as magi-technology! The game also did once have a Rose Quartz, but I do not know if she would be properly appable given the questions raised by recent canon. But I would be happy for any appable castmate(s)!

[game info]: Subnautica is a mission-exploration game where players more or less make their own plot and story. Characters arrive at an underwater base and work on various goals and missions they set for themselves throughout the month. For instance, Annabeth has restructured the whole base, Reyna is acting as security and patrol around the base (and also co-raising a landshark), Magnus has been on the hunt for ingredients for falafel and Percy has been communicating with the sea life around them, helping explore and delve into the mystery surrounding previous crews and other things. There's a player cap of 55 with a rolling app roster. AC is fairly easy, one post with at least 10 comments (five if prose) or 15 comments which can be spread over 2 threads. Anyway I've been having a ton of fun with the game and it's pretty easy to dive in and find a direction you want to take your character.
