FOR GAME ADS:

➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed.

➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no banners, no blinking text, no obnoxious tables, no sparklies, no pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad.

FOR GAME QUESTIONS:

➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme.

➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Unnecessary vitriol, any mention of personal drama or wank, or mod teams/individual mods/players being singled out, will be frozen and/or deleted.

FOR CHARACTER ADS:

➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL/1-on-1 ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. Others will comment to you with the games/casts they want you to join.

➤ There is a "Find a Castmate" section, where you can talk about a cast you play in at a game, and try to lure people to join it. Not all games post to the meme or have a "wanted" section, so players that want to tempt people to their cast on their own can use this section for it. Please format this the same as the PSL/1-on-1 section, where you post the canons in your subject. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find a Castmate" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. When listing who's currently in a cast, please do this in sentence form (with commas) rather than in list form.

➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding, with the same rules as the Game Ads Section above.

➤ If you're recommending a game to someone, try to match your suggestion to their needs. Try not to recommend the same game to every single ad, either.

Placing a vote for Medietas! A massive no powers metaplot is just getting starting and for cast Neville would have Luna while Martha and Sarah Jane would be loved by our DW crew. Molly also has cast from various sides of Marvel and so does Kaylee. 4 log/8 network comments for AC and backtag friendly as well.

entranceway your way, because I play Shepard there and I am obviously biased (we have a Jack and Legion as well!) It's a medium paced game set in the world of Alice in Wonderland, with an overarching modplot and player-submitted plots from character's worlds! AC is bimonthly and we are crazy backtag friendly. There's also a very healthy scientific community and the science-types have a nice big lab I'm sure Mordin would have a bunch of fun in. We have an active test drive meme here and apps are processed weekly so you can jump in anytime!

As for your Star Wars peeps,

hadriel has an ever-growing Star Wars cast (including some EU members like Ahsoka!) who I'm sure would love any of your dudes. We're a horror based game set underground where a pantheon of gods try to sway the characters through their emotions for power. We have a test drive meme here and apps are processed monthly, currently open until the 8th!

so, have you thought about

maskormenace? We've got canonmates for some of your starred characters (the Twelfth Doctor & Clara for Doctor Who, Rincewind for Discworld, and Count Dooku for Star Wars). The basic gist is that your character's brought into Cold War America and told to be a superhero. There's a pretty thorough modplot as well as the option for a whole lot of player plots. It's on the fast side of medium-paced. Apps open on January 2nd, but we've got a test drive meme up right now if you wanna toss any of your dudes that way.

and really, I just had to comment because holy shit, Yoda & Granny Weatherwax, you good sir/madam have amazing taste.

To continue what the Thea above said, you'd also have a decent amount of cast for your Star Wars people in

medietas. (Including this girl right here. She's a Jedi who died in the Purge.)

We mostly seem to be Clone Wars era people (Etain, Obi-Wan, Padme, 9-year-old Anakin), with Luke, Rey, and Poe as our later people.

So we have an Obi-Wan circa-Clone Wars TV, and Rey in

faderift and I think any of your Star Wars characters would just be super. They're not AU they're literally Star Wars characters in Dragon Age's Thedas and it's kind of great.

+1 I was coming here to suggest that! We've also got some HP characters, and I think we've had Mass Effects before, but man. Your SW cast looks like an awesome spread.

It's got a lot of opportunity for action/exploration/etc mixed in with chances for SOL. Either way, props for playing Neville and Yoda, my lord.

Hi ^^ The

thewake is a player driven game with an overarching Mega plot that will start again in the spring. Characters without canon powers are able to bend powers (gain powers) over a period of time through the force of will. Characters with powers can usually re-learn them (within reason that doesn't break game) and learn powers outside of canon.

No AUs or Memory loss.

Activity Check is easy, and the game is slow to medium pace. There's quite a WHO cast (with everyone on different points in canon)

The game has, 9th Doctor, 10th Doctor, Lady Me and Rose Tyler. With a 4th Doctor going to app in.

We would love either Martha Jones or Sarah Jane Smith. Be advised with Martha, 10 is really really hipped to Rose and currently doesn't know who Martha is.

There is also a huge Star Wars cast that would love any of the characters listed above as well.

So please check out the TDM

Chiming in to add if Martha is post-married to Mickey and/or you're okay with Lady Me mentioning it, Rose will forever think Martha is from the wrong universe, which would just get funnier by the day (and therefore be amazing). I'd absolutely love a Sarah Jane, and so would the prospective 4th Doctor player (we were just lamenting the lack the other day...)

+ as mentioned, TheWake has a huge Star Wars cast with a Luke from the EU books, a brilliant Obi-Wan Kenobi, Darth Vader, Kylo Ren, Rey, Echo, Fives, Kit, and Sabine. So practically pick your Star Wars canon medium of preference.

I'm not huge on SOL either, and my favorite part of the game tends to be the storms (monthly events) and the possibility for quirky insanity, but there's a lot of dramatic player plots to meddle in (at your preference) or overarching game plot. YMMV, the selling point to the game tends to be "ascending" which your character achieves by changing/evolving. So if there was any direction you wanted to go with your character, usually the storms + plots are a good catalyst towards that.

I will warn you, Me is perfectly fine being a walking spoiler! And I would love to chat OOC with you if you bring in Martha or Sarah Jane in, about what Me knows of them, and when they've met. I have a slight pref towards Martha joining at the moment, but that's a selfish thing of me not having seen all the classic stuff yet, and playing a character that's been more or less stalking the Doctor since the 16th century, and ware of him for 800 years beyond that.

I will happily test with you for either of them!

As for Le Mis, I know at least one person is testing a Le Mis character on the TDM right now.

We would love to have you join us at Wake. The game is seriously fun, and the Bending concept gives a lot of room for play and character evolution.

marinanova would be happy to have your Kaylee. And by MarinaNova, I mean Mal at MarinaNova would adore Kaylee. He's having a tough time. The game runs more like a DW game than an IJ game. Everyone is imprisoned. Plots are generally easy enough to stay out of if you want to, but fun to join if you like.
