Inmates have just died and been brought on board and given the chance to redeem themselves. Wardens made a deal with the Admiral, which is granted when their inmate graduates. The CR you can build is well and truly fantastic. Misty and Natalie are both from right after episode 1x10. This is a longshot, but just putting this out there to tempt and enable 👀
