June EMP Meme
FOR GAME ADS: ➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed. ➤ PLEASE NOTE A RULE CHANGE HERE. ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no oversized banners (they must be 250px in height or less), no blinking text, no obnoxious table html that doesn't collapse easily, no sparklies, no large pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad. FOR GAME QUESTIONS: ➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme. ➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Unnecessary vitriol, any mention of personal drama or wank, or mod teams/individual mods/players being singled out, will be either frozen or screened (based on what seems right based on the content). FOR CHARACTER ADS: ➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. Others will comment to you with the games/casts they want you to join. ➤ There is a "Find a Castmate" section, where you can talk about a cast you play in at a game, and try to lure people to join it. Not all games post to the meme or have a "wanted" section, so players that want to tempt people to their cast on their own can use this section for it. Please format this the same as the PSL section, where you post your character's canons in your subject. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find a Castmate" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. When listing who's currently in a cast, please do this in sentence form (with commas) rather than in list form. ➤ There is a "Find Crosscanon" section, where you can talk about a character you play and and desired crosscanon for that character. Please make sure this is not too generalized a search, because just wanting general crosscanon can be accomplished with the other sections of the meme. This is for specific characters or character types you're looking for. In the subject, please list the "Looking for [canon you're looking for]" rather than your character's canon. If looking for a character type, list the character type in as few words as possible. Do not make the subject huge or I'll screen your comment. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find Crosscanon" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. This section is only for game crosscanon as in the psl section people can list their preferences. ➤ Examples of crosscanon you can search for: You play The Flash from DC Comics and your dream CR is fellow speedster Quicksilver from Marvel. Or you might play a witch and want cr with other witches in general. Or maybe you play a good character messed up by evil parents and want to play against a villain character you know has evil parents, because you know it'd lead to some interesting negative CR. ➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding, with the same rules as the Game Ads Section above. ➤ If you're recommending a game to someone, try to match your suggestion to their needs. It's okay if part of your game rec is copy-pasted (such as what the game's about), but at least some part of the rec must be personalized to their ad. Try not to recommend the same game to every single ad, either. Ad spam that isn't individualized in some way will also be frozen or screened. Keep in mind this needs to be more specific than "this game has easy AC like you're asking for but meets none of your other requirements." Make sure you're advertising games that might click with that specific character, where a few elements fit what they're looking for. You should be thinking about the story reasons of how the character might click with the game. IN GENERAL: ➤ Don't be a dick. This isn't one of the anoncomms, so any snide comments or unnecessary commentary on the RP plans of others will be frozen or screened. ➤ All mod responses regardless of whether they're rule breaks, correction requests (like someone posting in the wrong section), or thwapping someone for spamming copy-paste ads, have always been and will almost universally be public. If someone sends a PM and the conversation gets combative, this will also be made public and posted to the comments of the mod contact page. This is for the sake of transparency so people can judge the emp mod's communications for fairness themselves. There are times where the player's post may be screened (such as if they posted to the wrong section) but the mod's response will be left unscreened. ➤ Players may sometimes be allowed more than one strike for copy-paste ads since this is often just enthusiasm behind it, but game mods should know better. You wake in an empty subway car to the sound of a phone buzzing—in your pocket, in your hand, on the seat next to you. When you manage to exit the train, you find yourself in a city, devoid of life except for a few others, like yourself, who have come here from other realms. The sky is a perfect blue; the sun is a perfect warmth; around you is a perfect place, ready to provide for you in any way you could possibly imagine. You have arrived in The City.
The City is an open-to-all pan-fandom game with themes of liminal spaces and slice-of-life survival, set in an empty, idyllic utopian city that most certainly wants what's best for its residents. Characters will have to work together (or separately!) to uncover the mysteries of their new home—what is this place? What does it want from them? And what happened to those who came before?
Applications are currently open and closing on June 13th. Reserves are not required, and there are currently no application, canon, or game caps.

that alternates between horror-based and sex-based events.
Characters arrive in a wooded void-space, naked and without any belongings, marked by cursed runes that glow on their bodies. If they do not have regularly vent their violent and/or sexual urges, these curses will transform characters into monsters. In the nearby township, characters discover a cult-like society of similarly cursed individuals.
How and why your characters arrived will be answered as characters interact with the town's various NPCs, including the mysterious Duchess living in the castle, and as players proactively engage with events and influence their outcome.

Characters will help design and influence this new virtual reality by demonstrating 'peaceful' interactions amongst one another. The closer the bonds you forge with others, the more your character will be able to gain and influence their surroundings. Paving the way for a peaceful future is paramount, after all, and deserves to be rewarded.
While Amani is, first and foremost, a silly smutty gamebox that operates with stamps as currency that's definitely not all it is! It has elements of horror, sci-fi, and fantasy themes... as well as strange eldritch multiversal happenings.
Amani is an 18+ and invite-only gamebox that works on a claim (first come, first serve) system rather than traditional applications. If you like what you see, claim a character and join the sinulation permanently. Player cap has been and is flexible depending on interest though currently capped at forty players with plenty of spots left.
Reparacija
Reparacija is a pan-fandom kink game set in the fictional prison of the same name, with an overarching plot and a mix of sex, horror aspects, sci-fi elements, and some 'slice of life'. Characters are brought to the facility under the guise of serving a sentence for crimes committed against their home-worlds, with the promise of returning home after their sentence is completed. In reality, fulfillment of those sentences is all that's keeping the planet alive as the native population scrambles in a race against time to find a way to stop the blight and break the curse placed upon their planet generations ago. Here, character actions can change the course of the game, and emphasis is on CR-building as characters will need to rely on one another to survive on a planet that grows more and more uninhabitable and inhospitable as time goes on, among a people who only care about their ability to sustain the planet's life.

☾ SONGEREIN: fantasy dream world
Songerein—
A dream world born from the clash of three different universes. One world produced emotion energy, a byproduct created when one's emotions manifested into a more tangible force. Another produced dream energy, a byproduct of one's dreams that allowed one to view and traverse through them. Both worlds produced so much excess energy they were diverted into an empty universe and happened to collide, producing a new, strange world made up of a new source, dreamotion energy. It remained a barren wasteland until a tear through the dimensions appeared and the concepts of fairy tales poured through. Magic, creatures, environments—they were all dumped in a central location and life began to form. But were they real? Or just figments of what they used to be? Regardless, this giant clash has created a unique world filled with unlimited possibilities.
But of course, a clash of this size would have some side effects. The dream energy in particular remains volatile and continues to seep out with its innate ability to connect to any dream in any world. If there is a strong enough resonance between the dreamer and dream energy, a version of the dreamer, a dream self, is formed and pulled into Songerein while the original body remains in their world safe, unharmed, and unaware of what's going on. Only after accumulating enough dreamotion energy can the dream self "wake up" and leave Songerein to return to its original body, all its experiences feeling like a strange, long dream.
Fortunately, Songerein is relatively...peaceful. It's a brand new world after all with only the fairy tale creatures and the dream selves, or dreamwalkers as they are officially called, pulled from other worlds as its denizens. There may be times the different energies become unstable, but it only creates a slight disturbance that eventually settles. Still, the constant connecting and reconnecting through the dream energy means that different things are randomly pulled in and disappear from the world. Those who have decided to make Songerein their home want to build onto it by using the ability to traverse through dreams to their advantage. By creating dreamshifts, they can create giant dreamscapes based on other worlds that large groups of dreamwalkers can enter and bring back concepts to be used in Songerein. Beginning with fairy tales, dreamwalkers could also form dreamshifts based on their own home worlds to bring in something from there. As a bonus, this uses the excess dreamotion energy within the world, helping stabilize it.
So, what kind of world will Songerein become? Just remember…

Songerein is a panfandom game based on the following three former games: Somarium, Empatheias, and Forgotten Tales. At its core it is a worldbuilding game with adventure and character development. Player and character action will be what decides what is brought into Songerein, be it for good or ill. Although it's expected for players to be able to create their own fun and not rely solely on the mods, Songerein is billed to be more of a relaxed game for everyone to have fun in.
