I think it might be because his backstory arc hasn't been animated yet?

Maybe Shouto's first day working for Izuku? Hm, or would he be better as a knight?

Maybe something like All Might's kingdom versus Endeavor's. Getting Shouto back on the throne. Or like, Shouto knowing that there's a faction of the kingdom that sides with Endeavor and Izuku and Shouto are trying to deal with it so All Might doesn't need to?
