ENABLEMEPLZ meme goes up on the last Saturday of every month FOR GAME ADS: ➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed. ➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no banners, no blinking text, no obnoxious tables, no sparklies, no pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad. FOR GAME QUESTIONS: ➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme. ➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. [game info]: Mask or Menace (MoM) is a super-hero game; characters are brought in to a world like Earth and they are given super-powers and characters asked to help AMERICA to go against Russia & Allies in a Cold war that never ended. Characters can accept and become heroes, refuse and be neutral, become vigilantes, or just downright villains. The game plot revolves around this, with spies and brainwashing, though you can always opt-out. There are a lot of player plots to be involved with as well, from serious action deal like fighting dragons, to slice-of-life like paintball wars!

Kaneki has been in game for two years, ever since he was Pre-Aogiri, and got canon updated along the way. He has grown a lot and in some ways he hasn't grown at all (self-sacrificing, still fails to see his own worth). In game he has already outed himself as a ghoul for a while now, and thus he had the chance to see that humans and ghouls REALLY can live well together if they try to understand each other. Which is perfect for OEK-Kaneki to hold on to this belief even harder. Kaneki also had the chance through the years to meet several different canon characters in different ways (from Mutsuki, Arima, Uta, Chie) and he also had the chance to face a lot of the things that happened to him so he grew up a bit, yes.

The game's very backtag-friendly, and AC can be met in a bunch of different ways, including an open log, an open network post, or just 5-10 comments in a thread. Bonus points can be redeemed for IC rewards based on how many different people you tag, but it's totally optional to keep track of.

Hi there! You have an interesting mix of characters that I think might be a great fit at sevenhides. We have a small, welcoming group of players that are very friendly and chatty in our own Discord server.

Seven Hides is a small, slow paced game with a low AC (10 comments a month, and very backtag friendly) that focuses on exploration of an abandoned city, weird talking animals with special powers, and a monthly (optional, but encouraged) murder game.

I know you said you aren't interested in memory loss, but we do have a small amount of it at Seven Hides. It's in the form of individual memories either being taken or entirely new ones being added to garner favors from the talking animals with special powers. It's not usually an all at once thing (though if it is, then it's temporary and only under specific circumstances) but piece by piece.

Really, I'd be down for any of these character, but I'm going to recommend lostcarnival mostly because of Chihiro! It's a game about a world travelling fae carnival that people get into debt with and thus have to work for (either because they get something in exchange or in payment for damages they did or some debt they accidentally accrued) - so a sort of similar situation to Spirited Away, actually, only the Ringmaster is probably more personable as a leader! We have a few kids around Chihiro's age, too, and some characters who are good at looking out for kids, so it could be a cool environment for her!

Also I love that movie and would love getting to play off her.

There are transformation aspects (you become more fae over time, meaning you end up with things like claws or horns) but what you take on is very flexible and the minimum is only two minor changes. Take a look and see what you think! Either way, good luck finding a game!

Fade Rift is a medieval-ish fantasy game based on Dragon Age: Inquisition, a video game about saving the world which boasts at least one improbably flammable clipboard.

The game's plot-driven, with larger events and small (often player-run) plots — though there's always opportunity for SOL as well. We're very backtag-friendly, and using/exploring the setting is highly encouraged. The Dragon Age wiki is also super detailed, so if you're like me and need to google stuff constantly, this fandom has you covered.

There's SOL downtime between the big events, too.

We have a Symphonia cast at the moment, but I'd love to introduce more Tales characters, because they work so well in the setting! Velvet especially would be a great fit, imo.

We have no castmates for you unfortunately but we do have a lot of people who are canon familiar. The game is lostcarnival! It's a world travelling carnival with transformation aspects (growing horns, tails, whatever you want to some degree or another) - and I'm reaching out for Ana or Lucio in particular mostly because the medical team is currently desperately lacking, especially considering how often people need to get patched up from various dimension hopping incidents. Lucio could double as a performer too, I'd bet, but Ana would also be lovely because she is one my favourites! (I love Reinhardt too and he would also fit in well, though there is a less specific niche for him.)

It's slow/medium and at about 45 characters at the moment! I'd say it's a mix of carnival life and exploring new worlds/dealing with meta plot shenanigans like getting attacked by vampire gangs/other people they've pissed off while travelling. The plot is based on where they go, but there is plenty of drama offered by the mod events.

Anyway, take a look if you want, and hopefully you might see something you like! If not, I hope you find a good place for Ana because she's wonderful!

lostcarnival allows characters with small or non existent bits of canon (IE fan characters from game settings like Shadowrun or what have you), and also has an overarching plot that isn't the whole focus - a lot of what characters can do is based on what they decide to make of their situation. It's a world-travelling fae circus that people get indebted to (either by choice or otherwise) and have to take on year long work contracts to make up for. There are transformation aspects (growing tails, horns, etc) but what you take on is very flexible and the minimum is a pretty small amount.

Characters don't have to become human and there is no restrictions on them staying whatever they are in canon. There is a power cap but it's mostly just to keep people from having a massive edge on other players and from breaking the setting. See what you think!

I'd like to offer forestcovered!! we're a fantasy game based on films by ghibli studios, specifically spirited away! characters are in some way persuaded to sign a contract by the Witch in charge of the spirit resort island Koriko, and from there work to clear their debt and get their wish granted. the only thing they lose are their real names upon signing the contract and are given work names, but those are regainable after one month (work names are also surprisingly fun).

there are monthly mingle logs with tons of spirit happenings and events to work with— they're also very flexible, so while you can do something sol, you can also take what you have down a more adventurous road. bottom line, you can do almost anything you'd like here (that are within rules, of course!). we also have a kaminari and a bakugou :) AC is fairly lax-- you need twenty comments per month in total and can use as many threads to reach that number as you want.

we're a bit small/mediumish with equal pacing, but everyone is super into bringing out the best of the environment!! backtag friendly and everything!! sadly, apps are closing soon (tonight at 12am est), but they open during the last week of every month if you're interested! reserves open a bit earlier, which comes along with a tdm to test the waters!
