Seven Hides is a small, slow paced game with a low AC (10 comments a month, and very backtag friendly) that focuses on exploration of an abandoned city, weird talking animals with special powers, and a monthly (optional, but encouraged) murder game.
I know you said you aren't interested in memory loss, but we do have a small amount of it at Seven Hides. It's in the form of individual memories either being taken or entirely new ones being added to garner favors from the talking animals with special powers. It's not usually an all at once thing (though if it is, then it's temporary and only under specific circumstances) but piece by piece.
