Part of me hates myself for trying this, namely the part that plays Saber, but...

Over in empatheias, we have Saber (duh, but also from Stay Night), Irisviel, Iskander and Ryuunosuke. Pace hits your needs and our AC is pretty easy as well. The setting is that of a mostly post-apocalyptic world, where the only place that isn't some kind of horrific hellzone is this floating island in the sky. The plot and game structure allows for people to go out and help restore the land and find what various ruins of time lost can still be found. But also other things that are more relaxed because not everyone is the adventuring sort.

The main pull of the world is that it reacts to ones emotions, like anger could make fire or depression ice. However you would want to go about it.
