Little Hades (littlehades) might be a good option for Georgia or Toby! (and maybe also the others! I'm not super familiar with the other canons.)

it's not a plot-heavy game, but it does encourage players to drive the momentum. I think the setting could use characters like Georgia and Toby, especially since part of the game's metaplot is that Hell is undergoing reform to be made a little less hellish — investigative journalism or just plain investigating could uncover some neat stuff, and goodness knows the amounts of corruption and general weirdness would leave them both with plenty to do!
