November EMP Meme
FOR GAME ADS: ➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / kink you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed. ➤ PLEASE NOTE A RULE CHANGE HERE. ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no oversized banners (they must be 250px in height or less), no blinking text, no obnoxious table html that doesn't collapse easily, no fonts and other html that make ads super long, no sparklies, no large pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad. FOR GAME QUESTIONS: ➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme. ➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Unnecessary vitriol, any mention of personal drama or wank, or mod teams/individual mods/players being singled out, will be either frozen or screened (based on what seems right based on the content). FOR CHARACTER ADS: ➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. Others will comment to you with the games/casts they want you to join. ➤ There is a "Find a Castmate" section, where you can talk about a cast you play in at a game, and try to lure people to join it. Not all games post to the meme or have a "wanted" section, so players that want to tempt people to their cast on their own can use this section for it. Please format this the same as the PSL section, where you post your character's canon in your subject. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find a Castmate" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. When listing who's currently in a cast, please do this in sentence form (with commas) rather than in list form. ➤ There is a "Find Crosscanon" section, where you can talk about a character you play and and desired crosscanon for that character. Please make sure this is not too generalized a search, because just wanting general crosscanon can be accomplished with the other sections of the meme. This is for specific characters or character types you're looking for. In the subject, please list the "Looking for [canon you're looking for]" rather than your character's canon. If looking for a character type, list the character type in as few words as possible. Do not make the subject huge or I'll screen your comment. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find Crosscanon" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. This section is only for game crosscanon as in the psl section people can list their preferences. ➤ Examples of crosscanon you can search for: You play The Flash from DC Comics and your dream CR is fellow speedster Quicksilver from Marvel. Or you might play a witch and want cr with other witches in general. Or maybe you play a good character messed up by evil parents and want to play against a villain character you know has evil parents, because you know it'd lead to some interesting negative CR. ➤ There is a "Pairings You Want to Play" section, where you can ask for castmates or crosscanon you'd like to ship with. Please format this with "[YOUR CANON] seeking [CASTMATE/OTHER CANON (if crosscanon)/SEE DESCRIPTION (if a general character type)]. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Pairings You Want to Play" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. Alongside castmates and crosscanon, you can choose to ask for OCs or general character types as well. Try not to get too wordy and please don't outline entire scenarios. ➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding, with the same rules as the Game Ads Section above. ➤ If you're recommending a game to someone, try to match your suggestion to their needs. It's okay if part of your game rec is copy-pasted (such as what the game's about), but at least some part of the rec must be personalized to their ad. Try not to recommend the same game to every single ad, either. Ad spam that isn't individualized in some way will also be frozen or screened. Keep in mind this needs to be more specific than "this game has easy AC like you're asking for but meets none of your other requirements." Make sure you're advertising games that might click with that specific character, where a few elements fit what they're looking for. You should be thinking about the story reasons of how the character might click with the game. IN GENERAL: ➤ Don't be a dick. This isn't one of the anoncomms, so any snide comments or unnecessary commentary on the RP plans of others will be frozen or screened. ➤ All mod responses regardless of whether they're rule breaks, correction requests (like someone posting in the wrong section), or thwapping someone for spamming copy-paste ads, have always been and will almost universally be public. If someone sends a PM and the conversation gets combative, this will also be made public and posted to the comments of the mod contact page. This is for the sake of transparency so people can judge the emp mod's communications for fairness themselves. There are times where the player's post may be screened (such as if they posted to the wrong section) but the mod's response will be left unscreened. ➤ Players may sometimes be allowed more than one strike for copy-paste ads since this is often just enthusiasm behind it, but game mods should know better. They'll get one warning for copy-paste ads, and if they spam anymore copy-paste ads after the warning, they'll be banned from the meme. ➤ The meme is for fiction-based RP only (with the only exception being involvement of fictionalized historical figures or historical settings.) A great council of magical and scientific beings came together and saw all the conflict and horrors across the multiverses. After great debates about how to combat so much hatred and evil, between great deeds and even greater heroes, the Council agreed it was not just one great act that could conquer growing hatred, but multiple small, simple acts of kindness and kinship.
Combining their magic and sciences, they created Iyashikei, a world where small acts of kindness can be gathered in one place. With the world created, they sent out messages far and wide to explain their intent:

Iyashikei is a private invite-only, Slice of Life panfandom game with elements of modern technology and fantasy combined. ✦ The Trailblazer (either gender, but I admit I have a bias for Stelle), Phainon, any of the other Chrysos Heirs... I also think the Ratio is a Zandar fragment theory is neat and would love to write against a Ratio with that as the premise! And, of course, Herta and Screwllum because their interactions were great.
✦ Gen threads are great but not gonna lie, I love to mash barbies. That said, any ship with Lygus is practically guaranteed to be a toxic mess and potentially just a one-sided and highly disturbing infatuation on Lygus's end. I'm not afraid to go full dead dove so if you're itching to write nasty fucked up stuff, I am here to make it happen. 👍

FOR ANAXA —
✦ Open to basically any castmate, even if they haven't interacted in canon at all. So if you're like "I play Sampo and want him to peddle his latest scam to Anaxa" or something, I'm absolutely down to clown! But as far as specific characters go, I'm especially interested in threading with any of the Chrysos Heirs, Lygus, Herta, Screwllum, Cerces and Dan Heng. DH's new form makes him look like the dromas equivalent of an umamusume and Anaxa would love it.
Favorite ships: Phainon (any flavor, including the Flame Reaver), Aglaea, Mydei, Dan Heng, Lygus.
✦ Some meme scenarios I like: Insomnia, rain (and other weather-related scenarios), body heat, stargazing, soulmates, nursed back to health, affectionate physical contact, intimate bathing, random scenario, hanahaki, omegaverse. I also have a short wishlist with more specific ideas.

✦ Lygus lives AUs, obviously. He still disowns Zandar and then decides to live the rest of his inorganic life as Lycurgus instead of being defined as the paranoia of a dead man. I think this would work best against Herta or Screwllum, but I'm open to other characters! Maybe the Trailblazer makes some questionable decisions by taking him aboard the AE and he chills in their room and yaps about the cave when they're trying to relax in the bath.
✦ Lygus lives... but he's still just a head and eventually ends up dumped in nature somewhere and he's trapped in an inescapable hell. Phainon, now a real person from the materialized Amphoreus, chances upon him during his galactic travels many years later. They have a final conversation before Phainon puts him down for good. I think he would be satisfied to go out like that tbh.
✦ For Anaxa, generally addressing the trauma they all went through??? Phainon acted like his 3.0 self in the ending but surely he has has moments where it just hits him full force and he's on the verge of a breakdown. Maybe some hurt/comfort where Anaxa helps him through it? Or Anaxa working through having gained 33 million lifetimes of memories.
✦ I saw this Oroborosnaxa fan art and now I want to write monsterfucking based on it. I think it's funny that he took an online "Which Aeon are you?" quiz and got the Voracity instead of Erudition, lmao.

+ also making it difficult is my on and off again pace, but if you don't mind backtagging, then we should be okay. ideally i like to wait until i actually have time to send more than one tag, but sometimes it's a one-tag cadence due to rl.
+ open to canon ships ( yuki and mafuyu, ritsuka and mafuyu ) as well as canon divergent ships with other canonmates though those might take a little more plotting. also down to wing stuff and just make things up as we go though tbh. all given canonmates have excellent chemistry and it's rp so if not here then where.

- riffed off an ALIEN STAGE au briefly and was into it
- yuki loved mafuyu too much to haunt him for real but since mafuyu is sensitive to the supernatural and even has very lucid dreams of connection with the dead (can be explained as him working through his trauma but also taken literally or both), using the plot device of him being a magnet for OTHER ghosts or bad things would be interesting...especially if that residual effect won't go away unless he consciously handles his grief for yuki. in this AU i think he doesn't meet ritsuka. but i would end-game want to work music into it somehow, whether your character is a musician, a composer, or none of these and just involved in the supernatural workings of the world. AND if they are a character who would be trying to help him rid himself of the otherworldly miasma/bad karma / whatever, it would be interesting if that character fell in love with him while he's still in love with yuki (despite him being dead...) well, lots of things to play with here!
- all the art of mafuyu in the ten-years-later timeline is jaw droppingly gorgeous. and so i am self indulgently placing Model Mafuyu AU here. he'd still be his introverted, quiet self, and maybe this would rub some people the wrong way (probably.)

I 100% ship Saga/Casey, as a probably very slow burn (given that I headcanon that her marriage wasn't one of the things written back in, in the Final Draft). But I fucking LOVE slow burns, so I'm 100% here for the journey.
Obviously Alan/Alice is the OTP, but I'd also be here for Alan/Alice/Barry, or Alan/Alice/Casey. Alice/Casey would be harder, but definitely fun to explore. (What happens in the Dark Place stays in the Dark Place?) Honestly if there's chemistry, I ship it. It's just a matter of making it work narratively. And Alan/Alice/Scratch would be interesting as hell, too. Especially after AW2. XD
Also I would love to play around with an AU where Alice ended up the Director of the FBC somehow.

Cyrene would also absolutely be loved.

Seasons is an invite-only, sex-friendly, urban fantasy game (with check in bimonthly AC!) - although if you're interested, please feel free to reach out, I'm happy to give an invite! - where characters get thrown into another world as a "season holder", someone who is given abilities based on on of the four seasons and is tasked to help the world from the encroaching Darkness.
Characters deal with living in the world and handling both smaller quests and bigger expeditions. Events happen bi-monthly with new quests showing up on non-event months.
As a heads up: players can immediately apply from a 3.7 canon point just as long as you warn others for spoilers in tags as appropriate!
As for our cast: some of us are handling an AU event until the 10th and will be going on an expedition in the later half of the month after the event that drops on the 14th.
Stelle also owns a pawn shop/night bar which will probably upgrade into a restaurant as well that people can come over to work at or hang out!

This might be a long shot... I'm starting to get the itch to put her into a setting again. Game options are limited since she's a very young child character (no specified canon age but I do put her around being the same age as NieR Replicant Act 1 Yonah), but I want to put some feelers out there. I can't guarantee I'll apply immediately and might just keep the game in mind for the future.
I've also been doing some light RPing on Bakerstreet if you want to play around. A separate ad for PSLs/Memes can be found over here!
◆ It might take some work to find my footing, so also hopefully a place that's welcoming to LCW/and lesser known canons.
◆ No castmates necessary. I've accepted the LCW life (even though it would be nice to have a Levania.) I love cross-canon and cross-medium interactions.
◆ No complete power loss, memory loss, or transformation. OK with power regains.
◆ No pure SOL. Even if this character does deserve a nice, peaceful, happy life... lmao. I get bored if it's mostly SOL all the time. :( I don't necessarily need her to be fighting too much or in the spotlight. Just having her grow, learn, and be supportive through doing small tasks is fine by me. I do like to explore how she grows up in another setting, with a support group since Fio did have a short, miserable time during her human lifetime. At most, the longest I play a character in a game if it works out is about 1 1/2 years to 2. My goal is usually to have her at least reach her birthday...
