ENABLEMEPLZ meme goes up on the last Saturday of every month FOR GAME ADS: ➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed. ➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no banners, no blinking text, no obnoxious tables, no sparklies, no pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad. FOR GAME QUESTIONS: ➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme. ➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. Here's a quick rundown of the character types we're most in need of:

• Witches! Circle Daybreak is the witch faction. Some of their recent actions (like experimenting on fae) have proven controversial so they could benefit from more representation in the game.
• Heroes, students and teachers to join the Redbright Institute. It's a school for supernatural beings and basically this game's equivalent of the X-Men.
• Lawyers, PR types and any characters that are politically ambitious. There's still plenty of room in several factions to climb to the top and characters that are able to settle disputes or use words as a weapon would do well here.

The air is cold and still. It is silent, aside from the electronic voice of some nearby device that speaks to you, repeating its message incessantly until you comply. The walls, the floor, the ceiling are all unfamiliar to you. You have little food and water, inadequate supplies, and no map to help you get your bearings. You are completely alone.

You have found yourself in an at least half-ruined, abandoned town swallowed by perpetual winter. If the days are chilly, the nights bring treacherously sharp cold and even more snow. Much of the time, you will be alone, your most constant companion a small tablet that connects you to a network composed of travelers like yourself.

Find food, find the records of the previous residents, find whoever or whatever brought you here. Work together with other travelers both in person and over the network to piece together clues and open up new areas. Explore while dealing with the eerie atmosphere that suffocates the town and claws its way into your mind--maybe even literally. Figure out just what happened to this place. Seek a way out. Above all else, keep moving.

In Norfinbury, if you're not moving, you might as well already be dead.

Snowblind is a plot-centered panfandom psychological horror game for ages sixteen and up. With its main themes of isolation, survival, and exploration, it relies on players communicating and interacting with Norfinbury to open up the setting and solve the plot's mysteries. The game is initially capped at one hundred characters, with five per canon, although eventually it will expand. Characters will be able to discover remnants of the past residents and through these remnants figure out what happened and why they're here. If they're lucky, maybe they'll figure out how to go home--or at least how to stop this from ever happening again. While the town itself is unforgiving and dangerous, events will be focused on the psychologically stressful nature of the setting; this is not a game based around fighting monsters. Snowblind is a game with a definite plotline that will run between two and two and a half years.

[wanted]: I could just say "everyone" and leave it at that, but any of the Son family (Chi-Chi, Goten, Pan, etc.) would be fantastic! Any version of Trunks (main timeline, Future Trunks, Xenoverse...) would be cool too, and Vegeta and Bulma seem like they'd work well in this setting.

Piccolo would be great to have in the game, since he'd pretty much be Space Batman. Having Krillin and Android 18 around would be interesting as well - Goku can't go Super Saiyan in this setting (I figured it would make him more likely to work as part of a team), so the change in that dynamic could be interesting to play with!

Last, but certainly not least, we would love to see Mr. Satan. Seeing as the premise involves characters getting super-powers, there's all sorts of things that could be done with him, like making him ridiculously over-powered, or giving him something that isn't much use, like flight (everyone gets a ring that lets them fly), and watch him get by regardless with the skills that he has. It seems like it would be so much fun to have him in the game.

[game info]: the Legion is set in the 30th century of the DC Comics universe, long after heroes like the Justice League have faded into memory. However, knowledge of the Legion of Superheroes comics isn't a requirement. To combat a menace to time itself, the Legion is calling upon heroes from across various universes to help.

Activity check is once every two months - for your first activity check, you just need to post that you're there, and beyond that, you need several threads with a total of 10 or 20 comments (ex. five or ten for you, and five or ten for the person who you're commenting with). There's lots of combinations, but it's all covered here.

Here's more information as to the sorts of characters and abilities that can be accepted. Reserves and apps for new players are open at the moment, and there is a test drive to try if you want to try out your character in the setting.

'SUP Alisa it's Fyre. :D/ Long time no play together but I noticed you've been looking around for a place to put Fayt for a while so how do you feel about a Persona-based game. :> I'm in Recursion atm and it's memloss, but that lasts exactly 3 weeks so it's a decent but not overwhelming amount of time to mess around with AU relationships and plots! Afterwards you get into fighting Shadows and plot mysteries so it'll be more plotty. The pace is medium-slow to faster on weekends, but I've found it's settled to a manageable pace so far.

We have a TDM up right now and reserves open tonight at midnight. o/ You should consider it!

For people outside of the Fairy Tail guild, we'd love to see Jellal, anyone from Crime Sorciere, Kagura, Millianna, or any of the Spriggan Twelve (especially August and Irene). Given the people who are already in the game, any of the founding members of Fairy Tail (Hades/Precht, Warrod, Yuri Dreyar, or Zeira) could be interesting. Tartaros still has a base in this setting from when its members were there previously, so someone from there could be fun! (For the players, at least)

[game info]: Genessia is a fairly easy-going slice of life game. It's a jamjar, with the option for investigating the city and its mysteries (who sent them there, why, etc.) The city itself is divided into several zones, loosely corresponding to genres and settings of the canons (modern, sci-fi, fantasy, etc.). The game encourages player-run plots, and there are in-game elections for Guardians, people who are jn charge of keeping each zone safe. More information can be found here.

The fact that a branch of the Fairy Tail and Tartaros guilds are in Genessia (built by characters who were there previously) and one of the jobs is bounty hunting (which involves a lot of odd jobs, so basically what they already do in canon) makes it really easy to adapt. At the moment, Mavis, Zeref, and Erza are all living at the Fairy Tail guild hall, which can be a little awkward at times, to say the least.

From a player's standpoint, the game is really easy to get into. Just post on the Taken list and you're good - no application necessary! As long as you post somewhat regularly, respond to the check-in every couple of months, and stay in-character for who you're playing as, you're good to go!

SO hi i imagine you can guess which character I'm interested in, lmao.

I'm here to suggest two different games!

First, there's lostcarnival. It's a world-hopping circus run by a fae ringmaster, with some minor transformation aspects (or major, if that's how you wanna roll). Every month or two, there's a new "stop" with its own gimmick, which have included mer-people and Pokemon in the past. I think the pace should be a pretty good fit for you, from the sounds of it. I'm currently playing Joker here, who is a "veteran" of ICly a couple of years, and currently has a wooden arm from the one Sebastian robbed him of, the bastard. He's the resident Stage Manager, and would maybe smear Sebastian's name a little bit without anything else to do about it.

Second, I'm also at thefarshore, where I play Wendy! Characters can be entered as one of two things: a god (Athena, Anubis, etc) with their own extra god ability of their choosing but also have their own temples and are worshipped. (How many worshippers they have depends on their bonus AC, but don't worry- the mods count that out themselves every month like god damn heroes.) You can ALSO enter as a shinki, a dead spirit who's lost all memories of their life and who functions as a servant of their god(s) by transforming into an item of some sort. This can be clothing, weapons, animals.... Whatever. Gods and their shinki work togther to destroy demonic creatures known as ayakashi, which can only be destroyed by a God wielding a Shinki.

Of course, there's a lot more going on, such as rebellious messages and attacks against the head of the Heavens, along with a string of recent murders.....

I rec both these games for Sebastian, but if you wanted to bring anyone else, they'd be more than welcome! (I'm also in Victory Road and Persona Recursion, but TFS and LC sound more your style.)
