FOR GAME ADS:

➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed.

➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no banners, no blinking text, no obnoxious tables, no sparklies, no pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad.

FOR GAME QUESTIONS:

➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme.

➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Unnecessary vitriol, any mention of personal drama or wank, or mod teams/individual mods/players being singled out, will be frozen and/or deleted.

FOR CHARACTER ADS:

➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL/1-on-1 ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. Others will comment to you with the games/casts they want you to join.

➤ There is a "Find a Castmate" section, where you can talk about a cast you play in at a game, and try to lure people to join it. Not all games post to the meme or have a "wanted" section, so players that want to tempt people to their cast on their own can use this section for it. Please format this the same as the PSL/1-on-1 section, where you post the canons in your subject. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find a Castmate" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. When listing who's currently in a cast, please do this in sentence form (with commas) rather than in list form.

➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding, with the same rules as the Game Ads Section above.

➤ If you're recommending a game to someone, try to match your suggestion to their needs. It's okay if part of your game rec is copy-pasted (such as what the game's about), but at least some part of the rec must be personalized to their ad. Try not to recommend the same game to every single ad, either. Ad spam that isn't individualized in some way will also be screened.

IN GENERAL:

➤ Don't be a dick. This isn't one of the anoncomms, so any snide comments or unnecessary commentary on the RP plans of others will be screened.

- Open to castmates or cross-canon. Cross-canon is probably more likely for some of them depending on how obscure the series is.
- More towards gen than shipping for the most part, depending on the character.
- timeline shenanigans, role reversal, au, canon divergence, things behind the scenes with timeskips or that are mentioned that canon doesn't actually show, reunions, soul mates, are just some ideas off of the top of my head.

I could probably give you a Tohru Honda or as far as the Sohma family goes, a Yuki, possibly? Open to playing other Sohmas, just not all of them.

I wish I could offer for Owari no Seraph, but I'm still catching up - I know I'll be writing Mikaela once I finish, though, and there might be others I can offer in addition. (Gosh, I'm not done with Pandora Hearts, either, but I'm trying to finish Owari first).

Oh man. I'm up to date as far as Owari goes and just waiting for more of the manga and more of Guren's novels. I've accounts for Yuu and Mika so far. Considering one for Guren too, with the light novels and all. If you do make an account for Mika, let me know! I'm fine with taking things at an earlier point, depending how far you've read up till if necessarily to avoid spoilers.

But also, oh the Fruits Basket trio. I love them so much. I'd been keen if you wanted to psl something sometime. I mean, it's been a while since I reread, and I'm more familiar with the manga in comparison to recalling perhaps some anime details/changes but. Yes. Definitely up for that! Tohru or Yuki, whoever you might be more comfortable with throwing at the Cat.

I will definitely update you when I make Mika! If I cave soon, we can talk earlier points, but we'll see!

For Fruits Basket, I'm also more familiar with the manga...though I admit I'd be rereading some of the very late volumes to refresh myself on those parts. I am confident in my Tohru, so I'd love to start there with a psl, and I don't mind offering Yuki again further down the line, perhaps!

Just let me know! I try be cautious with spoilers if I know someone hasn't finished/caught up with a series at least.

It's been a little for me too. But depending what we'd want to do, we could figure something based earlier canon point wise if you prefer. We can start with Tohru and go with Yuki if that's what you prefer initially.

An earlier point would probably be good for both of us - we can always do something towards the end later, if you'd like?

Picking a point to start from is the tricky part. Although arguably one of the few mundane plot ideas I have is that Tohru gets fired from her job despite needing it to pay for high school tuition fees, keeping the issue to herself and desperately looking for a new place and working herself to the bone over struggling to do so until even Kyo starts thinking something's up, or he figures it out because of some snide observant remark Yuki makes towards him about not noticing X or Y.

I can brainstorm other things, though - should we move to PMs, then? (I'll be PMing you with/recommend PMing this account until I finish making the Tohru blog I'm quickly setting up for this, pff )

Yeah, we can do something else more going into more recent chapters once you catch up, no worries! I'm not sure if you've read Guren's novels too, but I would recommend them in regards to backstory around the lead up to.....everything going to hell, the virus and everything.

Tohru probably would keep that to herself initially not wanting to worry the rest, yeah. I could see that. It's something to potentially start off with as a prompt of sorts. PM sounds good though! Either account works for me, just let me know once you have Tohru's made.

I've only seen Season 1 of the anime, which is a good indication of how far behind I am - but I'm picking up the manga as we speak, and I'll definitely be checking out the novels!

Yeah, I'm definitely still with the voice testing stages with Diana myself. So we can both ???!!! over it together I guess, haha.
But KH/Disney is totally my jam so yes. Please. I'll admit I haven't done anything with Minako yet because I want to get through her prequel series manga as well, but that still leave me with Usagi!
Honestly, I never hold out much if any hope besides certain few friends for YnM but I do adore Tsuzuki and Hisoka a lot.

Aqua is my main from KH, but I could pull out Terra as well. Ven I haven't technically played and would need a little review for plot things, but I'm definitely more confident with the Wayfinder kids than Destiny Islands.

Sailor V is awesommmmmmmmmmmmmme. Minako is my second fave after Chibiusa.

Tsuzuki is a big fat "maybe" because playing him takes me...dark mental places 8)a; but I miss him from time to time and always am a sucker for that ship...

I am already impatient for it to be out on blu-ray so I can rewatch it all over again. All the time. I knew of Diana from some cartoons and all growing up but this film made it so accessible and I never knew I needed to see this until I was in the cinema.

Sora is probably overall my maini from KH. I haven't played Ven or Kairi as much in comparison, I admit. But yeah, I know that backstory is important for her in how and why she started out and what she went through prior to joining up with the other senshi in the main canon storyline time.

As for Tsuzuki, only if and when you feel up for it! I do have another friend that plays him if I'm ever pouting over lack of the bratty empath. But given Tsuzuki, I could see how you might say that, yeah. Plus the series as a whole is kind of darker.

I only go by the manga because I vaaaaaaaaastly prefer it to the old anime. Chibiusa isn't a brat the entire time and gets an awesome character arc thru the series, GASP!

I grew up with animated Batman and then met bf and he expanded on that with shoving his comics and animated films at me, one of which focused on her specifically. Though I think the newer stuff and film changed her origins a bit in comparison to what I recall there.

Teach him all the things, Master Aqua. Yes. He needs it. I am so ready for them to reunite in III.

But yeah, I definitely prefer the manga. I mean, the sub (and what I have heard clips of the newer dub) are more tolerable, it's still. Changed a lot, for sure. I'd be going manga-verse myself. Which is what I did with taking her to Cerealia forever ago now.

from what I understood from friends who are huge comic book nerds, they held true to her character and imo that's most important. gal gadot was amazing.

I am pretty sure the entire fandom would. Or at least, threaten/want to do so.
