FOR GAME ADS: ➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed. ➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no banners, no blinking text, no obnoxious tables, no sparklies, no pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad. FOR GAME QUESTIONS: ➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme. ➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Unnecessary vitriol, any mention of personal drama or wank, or mod teams/individual mods/players being singled out, will be frozen and/or deleted. FOR CHARACTER ADS: ➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL/1-on-1 ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. Others will comment to you with the games/casts they want you to join. ➤ There is a "Find a Castmate" section, where you can talk about a cast you play in at a game, and try to lure people to join it. Not all games post to the meme or have a "wanted" section, so players that want to tempt people to their cast on their own can use this section for it. Please format this the same as the PSL/1-on-1 section, where you post the canons in your subject. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find a Castmate" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. When listing who's currently in a cast, please do this in sentence form (with commas) rather than in list form. ➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding, with the same rules as the Game Ads Section above. ➤ If you're recommending a game to someone, try to match your suggestion to their needs. It's okay if part of your game rec is copy-pasted (such as what the game's about), but at least some part of the rec must be personalized to their ad. Try not to recommend the same game to every single ad, either. Ad spam that isn't individualized in some way will also be screened. IN GENERAL: ➤ Don't be a dick. tbh I haven't played Luke in a little while, so I'm really just hunting for anything -- mostly adventure-type things, and always an au where he gets to come back from the dead because lbr Hermes could probably sweet talk Hades into letting his awesome kid who didn't try to destroy the world one more chance at life.

I'm super down for adventure things and questing stuff. AND ALSO THAT AU SOUNDS GREAT, I would be up for that if you wanted to give it a try.
As far as PJOs, I have Piper and Percy accounts that I think I would probably be most comfortable slipping back into (Piper more than Percy). And for crosscanon, I have this one here. Chloe Saunders from the Darkest Powers series: budding director, genetic experiment gone wrong, necromancer extraordinaire (well sort of, she's still working out the kinks on that). And then I have two characters from an old, ridiculous series about teenage moon goddesses that give the world hope and fight darkness :'D

let's go with Piper! she'd be harder to pick on than Seaweed Brain, and you know Percy's got a massive crush on Luke so we should give the guy's heart a break from beating so fast in his presence. I have to confess right here and right now in public that I haven't read beyond the first PJO series, but am definitely familiar with Piper through RP and wikiing the spoilers into my life, so please excuse any ignorance I have toward her!
you have characters I do not know which means I am more than game to work something out since I love learning about new canons. maybe we can give Luke and Piper a go first? toss them into some quest? does Piper have any quests in the books, maybe we can toss Luke into that as a starting point?

You can try and pick on this one, Luke, but it's going to be a rough time. Percy would just have so many DO I, DON'T I moments and then he'd be like, "Luke I really want to punch you but also maybe hug you, idk man." GASP. lmao no it's totally cool if you haven't read HOO and I can explain anything you need to know about Piper that RP and the wiki hasn't (and this is a perfect excuse for me to do canon reviewing mwahaha).

yeah I'm down for Luke and Piper first. I can't actually think of anything in the series that she does any questing on. The first book is like a giant quest for her, Jason, and Leo to go off and save Hera and then after that, the whole series is a giant 7-person quest to save the world. So we could do something like Luke tags along to save Hera at some point, or we could random questing post-Blood of Olympus

ooo we could always do an au where it's Piper and Luke off to save Hera? unless you'd prefer to do something post-Blood of Olympus? it's up to you! since I only know the canon from wiki (I need a reason to read this book so you might as well be the reason!) I'm cool with whatever. Luke can probably hijack her quest for some reason that's very Luke-like. wants a pair of converse shoes and Hera has them. and then we can have mannequins in it. what do you think?

yeah! maybe Luke decides to follow the questers with his own personal reasons and not at all because Percy disappeared or anything, and Piper could have gotten separated from the boys and decided to go along with the Boy Who Must Not Be Named (you've got a bad rep, Luke). It'd be fun to play Piper from the early stuff when she's still figuring out her powers and what it means to be a demigod and shit (and also wondering if Luke is included in that whole "hand over the demigods to the giants and your dad won't get squished" deal)

let's take her from early canon then! Luke can probably help her with her powers since I always like to headcanon he wasn't always a douche to everyone and possibly was a great mentor -- and he knew some people she possibly has heard of (let's not talk about Silena at ALL). and I'm sure Luke could be a big part of that -- I mean, we can always au it and make it that maybe the ultimate goal was to grab him since he did try to tear down Olympus and bring chaos to the entire godly world. Piper can possibly be the hero and save his hide! how does that sound?

ooo, I like to think the same tbh, he had to be known and well liked to eventually recruit so many demigods to the cause. Oh, you mean like have one of the baddies go after Luke. Maybe they can assume because he turned on the gods once, he'll do it again for Gaea and Piper will be like hi no, not happening.
