FOR GAME ADS:

➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed.

➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no banners, no blinking text, no obnoxious tables, no sparklies, no pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad.

FOR GAME QUESTIONS:

➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme.

➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Unnecessary vitriol, any mention of personal drama or wank, or mod teams/individual mods/players being singled out, will be frozen and/or deleted.

FOR CHARACTER ADS:

➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL/1-on-1 ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. Others will comment to you with the games/casts they want you to join.

➤ There is a "Find a Castmate" section, where you can talk about a cast you play in at a game, and try to lure people to join it. Not all games post to the meme or have a "wanted" section, so players that want to tempt people to their cast on their own can use this section for it. Please format this the same as the PSL/1-on-1 section, where you post the canons in your subject. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find a Castmate" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. When listing who's currently in a cast, please do this in sentence form (with commas) rather than in list form.

➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding, with the same rules as the Game Ads Section above.

➤ If you're recommending a game to someone, try to match your suggestion to their needs. It's okay if part of your game rec is copy-pasted (such as what the game's about), but at least some part of the rec must be personalized to their ad. Try not to recommend the same game to every single ad, either. Ad spam that isn't individualized in some way will also be screened.

➤ Don't be a dick. This isn't one of the anoncomms, so any snide comments or unnecessary commentary on the RP plans of others will be screened.

✦ i'm very interested in a yukari for kuroh, or playing ichigen off a yukari. either way, i want angsty family stuff.

so the holidays are coming up, and i'm fine with any pace that anyone wants to go at. as long as we keep communication open and give each other a heads up, it should be all good! i have too many rp itches i haven't been able to scratch. work has me traveling a lot and i'm recovering from surgery, but i should be on a predictable schedule starting this next month.

Hey bb. We absolutely have, and boy are you in luck, because I have like 10 thousand awful guys to throw at you. I'd love to do Char/Garma stuff and some Touga/Garma stuff as well -- maybe Garma is just using Touga to make Char jealous and Touga, of course, gives no shits because he doesn't actually have a heart to break.

Gaelio-MCGillis would interest me a lot as well, though I'll have to test him out a lot more! It's a really complicated relationship so it's something I'd want to get right, especially with the more depressing friendships and relationships gundam has. painful slow burn is all i live for, so.

GOD I was literally thinking that when we were threading like... Garma McFuckin Zabi is EXACTLY the type of person to do something like that to make Char jealous, especially seeing as he a) craves attention and b) is impatient... I can def see him getting a little frustrated with the fact that their relationship generally seems to hover on the almost romantic line where their actual interactions are concerned. Not to mention that I don't think Garma has a full understanding of the can of worms he'd be opening with trying to make a person like Char Focking Aznable jealous.

Also omg I'm honestly still getting Gaelio's personality down so don't sweat it!! If your characterization is anything like it is with Touga I'm sure it'll be 👌👌👌

Who do you have from FY

It's kind of cheating to say "everyone", but I really can play nearly everyone. My preferences though are Nuriko, Tasuki, and Hotohori. I'd like to try my hand out at Tamahome because he's adorable, but I might have to rewatch/reread to check out how he interacts outside of Miaka. It's such a cringe-time revisiting this series and the aspects of it that aged horribly but I'm too bound by nostalgia.

Forgive the cryptid I'm replying with, I just wanted to tell you that yes, I'll absolutely wait for you! If you want I could always play Utena if you want to play anthy as well!!

BEAUTIFUL, OK... i'll defs have to do some rewatching which might take a bit, but i'd also love to talk some ideas with you in the meantime, esp as i've seen 801 takes on their post-series reunion ranging from the realistic to the downright surreal. the big question seems to be how literally you wanna take like.... any of that wild symbolism shit! so i'd be curious to hear your spin on things.

i happen to think utena's ambiguity is its strongest writing point, and try to emulate it in the characters i play. i think that might be why i'm most attracted to writing anthy and touga? so many double-meanings in so much of what they say and what actions they display. so i think for a reunion between utena and anthy, since i'm thinking utena would remember her at that very moment right away (but not have been remembering her before), things would decline from real to surreal fast. i'd love to emulate aspects of the series, have scenes fall apart around them, have them suddenly somewhere else, anything like that. anthy can pull all kinds of wild shit, tbh.

What character(s) do you RP from this canon?

Nothing in particular in mind and I'm about to head off to bed but I couldn't help but see you mentioned being interested in threading with a Nanami. I really like your idea of trying to repair things (maybe with a touch of the disowning, if just to get her into a more healthy mindset re: her brother) but am generally down to play anything; Touga or any other characters. I just need to play her more.

Oh gosh, yes! All I want is for her to be happy, and to get her to a better place. I have a few ideas if you don't mind me ever bouncing them off you regarding these two. But Nanami is my favorite, and her becoming independent and healthy of Touga is my dream for her -- whether it's them ending healthy or her learning he's a pos, whatever. I'm actually in the middle of writing a story about them as well, and it'd mean so much to me to be able to play off one!

and, if you ever want, I would love to play Utena or Anthy off her as well!

Gosh, yes, I agree. Poor girl I just want her to be happy. The ending scene of her hanging out with the boys and making tea is nice but also what and how-- there is so much to unpack there.

I'd love to play her off any other RGU chars tbh, so I'm down for that!
