FOR GAME ADS:

➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed.

➤ PLEASE NOTE A RULE CHANGE HERE. ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no oversized banners (they must be 250px in height or less), no blinking text, no obnoxious table html that doesn't collapse easily, no sparklies, no large pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad.

FOR GAME QUESTIONS:

➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme.

➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Unnecessary vitriol, any mention of personal drama or wank, or mod teams/individual mods/players being singled out, will be screened and/or deleted.

FOR CHARACTER ADS:

➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL/1-on-1 ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. Others will comment to you with the games/casts they want you to join.

➤ There is a "Find a Castmate" section, where you can talk about a cast you play in at a game, and try to lure people to join it. Not all games post to the meme or have a "wanted" section, so players that want to tempt people to their cast on their own can use this section for it. Please format this the same as the PSL/1-on-1 section, where you post the canons in your subject. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find a Castmate" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. When listing who's currently in a cast, please do this in sentence form (with commas) rather than in list form.

➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding, with the same rules as the Game Ads Section above.

➤ If you're recommending a game to someone, try to match your suggestion to their needs. It's okay if part of your game rec is copy-pasted (such as what the game's about), but at least some part of the rec must be personalized to their ad. Try not to recommend the same game to every single ad, either. Ad spam that isn't individualized in some way will also be screened.

There's a good deal to do SOL wise with monthly task boards devoted to jobs that can be done for money or gifts. There is also a good deal of plot dealing with Verens, the city where characters begin, and exploring the rest of the world around them. Along the way players are attempting to revive the world and keep balance with the Arehtei.

Seriously though, DF is about whatever you want it to be! SOL? Exploration? Drama? Wacky shenanigans? Choose your own adventure! Characters are now part of a fleet of starships that fly together through the galaxy while their lives are recorded for a reality show. New systems are visited regularly, allowing exploration and activities/quests on planets, which sometimes come with mission rewards (like canon regains). If you prefer the funny side of things, sponsor drops and augments malfunctions can give your character crack effects to deal with like the old ljrp game style. Augments can also be upgraded to get your character some cool powers - they have a price though. Better start improving your ratings, bro.

The game is small and very relaxed, slow paced and medium during events. AC is super easy. Full navigation on the profile! DF requires an invitation to app but we can get you one! Apps are always open. (Note on S5: two months must pass to app from (or update to) that canon point.)

[game info]: Mask or Menace is a pretty straightforward premise: characters are given superpowers, dumped in a jamjar. The game itself is a mix of slice-of-life and Cold War-esque metaplot, with room for characters to choose just how involved they'll get in any one aspect. I find it fun for TWD characters because it serves as a sort of respite from the misery and deprivation of their canon; when you aren't half-starving, there's a little more time to process what happened to you when you were.

For people outside of the Fairy Tail guild, we'd love to see Jellal, anyone from Crime Sorciere, Kagura, Millianna, or any of the Spriggan Twelve (especially August, Eileen, or Brandish).

Given the people who are already in the game, any of the founding members of Fairy Tail (Hades/Precht, Warrod, Yuri Dreyar, or Zeira) could be interesting. Tartaros still has a base in this setting from when its members were there previously, so someone from there could be fun! (For the players, at least)

[game info]: Genessia is a fairly easy-going slice of life game. It's a jamjar, with the option for investigating the city and its mysteries (who sent them there, why, etc.) The city itself is divided into several zones, loosely corresponding to genres and settings of the canons (modern, sci-fi, fantasy, etc.). The game encourages player-run plots, and there are in-game elections for Guardians, people who are in charge of keeping each zone safe. More information can be found here.

The fact that a branch of the Fairy Tail and Tartaros guilds are in Genessia (built by characters who were there previously) and one of the jobs is bounty hunting (which involves a lot of odd jobs, so basically what they already do in canon) makes it really easy to adapt. At the moment, all of the Fairy Tail cast is living at the Fairy Tail guild hall, and they've managed to recruit a few new members from other worlds!

From a player's standpoint, the game is really easy to get into. Just post on the Taken list and you're good - no application necessary! As long as you post somewhat regularly, respond to the check-in every couple of months, and stay in-character for who you're playing as, you're good to go!

A forest, dark and towering. A town, drained of color and abandoned by those who came before, for reasons the newly-arrived have yet to learn.

But they will learn, if they have the determination, the fortitude, and the willingness to cooperate with those around them and tackle the mysteries the environment holds. Because the way home? Well.

"Happy Ever After" only happens at the end, doesn't it?

Awash is a character driven panfandom game that welcomes canon and original characters and strongly encourages interaction and participation as effective methods to gradually restore color to a lifeless town. Every last bit of color depends on the characters themselves. In order to help accomplish this, there will be monthly events that combine whimsical elements with more than a hint of spine-tingling chills, drawing on folklore and fairy tale alike. Characters who wish to have any hope of returning home will first need to work together and strive to bring color to a town that needs them more than ever.

[game info]: Empatheias is a steampunk-ish game where emotions reign, and characters have the ability to affect the environment with them in a multitude of ways. There's plenty of chances for both SoL and adventure, with regular events focusing on either and a free, open environment for player plots. AC is relatively simple and has a strike system in place, and there's an option for regains of items from home.

As for what Scrooge himself has been up to, he's been preparing for a renovation of the saloon he built and runs, he's got a couple of 'pets' (one wyvern from the world and one currently-young chocobo from a couple of players), and has recently been dealing with losing another semi-castmate (the game had had a KH Donald before, and lately was a reboot Launchpad). Otherwise he's been going on expeditions as well as the SoL stuff.

[game info]: Empatheias is a magical steampunk setting that primarily takes place on the titular floating island of Empatheias, hanging over the ruined surface world below that was destroyed due to war. Due to the downright magical effects emotions have in this world, players are not only able to explore, but also shape the world itself; too much jealousy could cause plants that reach out possessively to capture people, only to be banished by feelings of appreciation instead, to say nothing of the individual effects you as a player can choose to occur whenever your character feels a particular way.

OOCly, Empatheias is a large, medium-paced game with plenty of opportunity for both slice of life and plot aspects - plot-wise, there are many characters who are seeking to both heal the ruined world below as well as discover the truth of what happened to bring it to such a state. Some characters (the Spiral cast included) have businesses they run on the side for more slice of life opportunities; that said, it's perfectly acceptable to focus on one or the other, just as it's also entirely possible to do a bit of both! A character who adventures can definitely work at a bakery so they can actually afford things.

As for the Spiral cast specifically, Hizumi and Ayumu have been in the game for a number of years and are now nineteen! They are also secretly dating. Thanks to the power emotions have in this world, they were able to break the curse on themselves and are no longer God nor the Devil. They're both hoping for the Blade Children to show up so that they can teach them the same method to save themselves, as it requires one to channel the emotions gathered over the course of at least four months. They run a cat café that was started with a previous Hiyono and have a number of cats named after the Blade Children, and they are involved in both slice of life antics as well as plot! The main thing of note is that Hizumi and Ayumu are from chapter 58 and in an attempt not to break everything, we'd prefer that characters are apped from prior to Hizumi Doing A Murder (or can even be apped from Spiral: Alive, that's perfectly cool too!)

	Waking up somewhere new isn't that surprising anymore, is it? Not when you're the Lost. You've awakened in new worlds, battled monsters, staged revolutions, and struggled to stay alive. You've done far more than the god Zephyr knows or ever will know. All Zephyr truly knows now is that you are in need. They see you and know you have no home. This is why you're here. You need a home, and Zephyr needs believers. Can you work together to build this new world?

We the Lost is primarily a healing game, but while the characters learn and grow; so too does the god that brought them here. Each choice and interaction that your character makes affects the way that Zephyr ultimately views the world. This world is nothing without you. Characters will encounter the child god, Zephyr, face-to-face and help them grow into a full-fledged god. Zephyr has a name and a form, but they still have much left to figure out about themselves--with the help of the people that they bring in. There are also several other gods who occasionally look in on the Meadous and have a tendency to meddle. Mod-run events occur roughly once a month and range from silly (e.g., a kite flying festival) to serious and dangerous (e.g., gods tampering with the negative emotions of characters). Will your character come to accept the Meadous as their new home? Or will they try to find some means of escape? Will they take advantage of the wishing pond? Zephyr can grant many desires: healing characters from their previous games, restoring magic and items, and much more. We are currently hosting a 4th Wall event! PHANTASMAL RIFT

You know that place between universes where all your lost socks wind up? Well, sometimes the lost socks are people.

Phantasmal Rift is a new, low AC game with a focus on dungeon adventures and character ability growth. AC is only five comments a month (and handled by AC Savior, to boot!), but additional activity earns you points that can be used to buy items or further abilities for your character's development. The game also includes a network feature.

Characters arrive in the game via Fissures, which are also the game's dungeon mechanic. Fissures are unstable rifts in reality, which create unnatural, shifting magical environments that need to be stabilized in order for the android researchers at Keystone Station to work on finding a way to fix them permanently. In the meantime, characters are offered housing at the station as refugees and potential partners in fixing the reality they call home.

Phantasmal Rift is open to characters of all stripes, including OCs, AUs, and CRAUs. There is virtually no power nerfing, and characters are encouraged to develop new powers by learning from each other as well as pursuing their own ideas. Application cycles are irregular and based upon in-game events - please check the Game Calendar (up to date through the end of March) for more information.

Events are handled primarily through dungeon expeditions, and vary between light-hearted and serious. The overall tone of the game is more light than dark, and the genre is loosely adventure. There will be an ongoing metaplot, but it is not the primary influence on the game. The game's schedule is still experimental and may be adjusted in the future based on player feedback!

Reserves and the next TDM go up March 1, and Applications open on March 9th! Additionally, we are looking for potential active game mods to assist with apps, player requests, dungeons, and plot!

Life after is survival and exploration game, with a heavy focus on the characters and player actions shaping the way the world builds around them. From way events are presented to how hard or easy getting from one place to another is. The primary genres are adventure and survival but it shifts somewhat based on what events or plots are going. The game has a favor system via telling stories of in-game events and ac is fairly easy just be commenting, have your character tagged on entries and you're good. It’s a slow to medium game but the focus of exploring has been really interesting! I think any Voltrons would have a great time with the mix of events that come into play.

hadriel? Average pace is medium and it's VERY backtag friendly. It's horror-based and now has a little of an exploration aspect to it. Powers are rarely nerfed if at all. We have an excellent Atem, and a handful of bookverse Tolkien elves. Events are based around raising a given emotion for one of the gods (they all feed off emotions) who are on the run from a species of robot-beings bent on wiping them and their allies (including player characters) out.

Plot is pretty easy to catch up on, and there's always something to be involved in. We have an active TDM right now and reserves are open! Full nav is at

[game info]: It's an exploration-based game with really light AC (the only AC you have to actually do is tag your character in logs they participate in and that's it. that's literally it. there's non-compulsory AC you can do for bonuses and shit but that's completely optional.) and basically player participation is a huge thing. Player interaction with the metaplot and setting is super pivotal to how the game progresses so blease give us a look if this sounds interesting!
