FOR GAME ADS:

➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed.

➤ PLEASE NOTE A RULE CHANGE HERE. ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no oversized banners (they must be 250px in height or less), no blinking text, no obnoxious table html that doesn't collapse easily, no sparklies, no large pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad.

FOR GAME QUESTIONS:

➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme.

➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Unnecessary vitriol, any mention of personal drama or wank, or mod teams/individual mods/players being singled out, will be screened and/or deleted.

FOR CHARACTER ADS:

➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL/1-on-1 ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. Others will comment to you with the games/casts they want you to join.

➤ There is a "Find a Castmate" section, where you can talk about a cast you play in at a game, and try to lure people to join it. Not all games post to the meme or have a "wanted" section, so players that want to tempt people to their cast on their own can use this section for it. Please format this the same as the PSL/1-on-1 section, where you post the canons in your subject. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find a Castmate" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. When listing who's currently in a cast, please do this in sentence form (with commas) rather than in list form.

➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding, with the same rules as the Game Ads Section above.

➤ If you're recommending a game to someone, try to match your suggestion to their needs. It's okay if part of your game rec is copy-pasted (such as what the game's about), but at least some part of the rec must be personalized to their ad. Try not to recommend the same game to every single ad, either. Ad spam that isn't individualized in some way will also be screened.

IN GENERAL:

➤ Don't be a dick. This isn't one of the anoncomms, so any snide comments or unnecessary commentary on the RP plans of others will be screened.

hey there! if you're interested in some plot heavy/mission game mechanics and would like to try out some experimental tabletop dwrp, i'd love to slide

balance_rpg over your way. powers are nerfed down to one canon skill, but you regain through a path system that we built out in a sort of d&d meets FFT meets octopath traveler way (dancer, chemist, and merchant paths are pretty much lifted up from the game).

premise is basically that some supernatural force has swallowed up your world, and you're on a mission to recover and destroy relics of extreme magical power that have the chance of ending the world you end up in (if you're familiar with the adventure zone, it's based off that).

but mostly i'd just love to see a therion around. we just finished up an app cycle, so you might be looking for something more for right now instead of holding off a bit. either way, i hope you have a great time playing him and good luck! dwrp needs some more octopath love c:

SO. I play Jakob and Alfyn at

prismatica. I would openly welcome Xander and/or Therion. <3 Alfyn would be happy to see that grumpy thief and Jakob would be happy to see someone more familiar than /gestures at mutt Keaton. (but we love Keaton here, too. They're good.)

The game might not be quite medium and a bit bigger but the AC is very manageable. The events are very easy to participate in if you wanna avoid pure SoL situations. You can keep your powers as long as there's no GODLY powers going on.

Smut is optional but not required. Here, hugs and hand holding, and other kind of touches are also acceptable.

(and I'm still down for PSLs if you don't think this game meshes with you... heh. <3)

Either way, I'd be happy if you ever considered this game when the cycle opens again! Until then, I'm happy to see Therion.

I don't have any castmates to offer but we've been wanting Castlevania characters since inception over at

daybreakacademy. We're an AU supernatural school game and Vampires factor heavily into the setting, Castlevania was one of the canons it's designed specifically to accomodate without much change at all.

Hi I know I'm super-late on this but I saw you were offering Xander and I play a Conquest-path Corrin at

melodiesofeternity and I have been itching for a bigger Fates cast, Nohr characters especially.

It's an original world loosely based on that of FFXIV. Very plot-driven, with the option for players to run their own plots as well. No memory loss but some power less because we use an FF-based Job system, though the option does exist for custom jobs based on a character's original abilities. Medium-sized game, very backtag-friendly, and the community is great. There is a little more number crunching thanks to the job system, but not a huge amount. Xander wouldn't be able to start with Siegfried, but he could get it back via a regain system.

We're in the middle of doing a big event for the one year anniversary of the game, but apps will be opening up again on May 1st. Another player is going to be apping a Birthright-path male Corrin (to be called Kamui) at the same time, so if Xander hasn't found a game by then (if he hasn't already), I hope you'll give us a look! Thanks so much. ^_^

Oh my god a therion, I never thought i’d see the day!

I’m probably quite late to this, but I do play Tressa over at Melodies of Eternity and I’ve been dying to find some castmates. Original world based off of FFXIV, Medium Sized, No memory loss, although there is some power loss with the job system used there, but there is an option to make a custom job based off of your characters abilities.

Apps open may 1st if you’re interested. I know someone else mentioned this game, but I just thought I’d ask if you were interested in apping therion at all. Sorry if i’m bugging you!
