ENABLEMEPLZ meme goes up on the last Saturday of every month FOR GAME ADS: ➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed. ➤ PLEASE NOTE A RULE CHANGE HERE. ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no oversized banners (they must be 250px in height or less), no blinking text, no obnoxious table html that doesn't collapse easily, no sparklies, no large pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad. FOR GAME QUESTIONS: ➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme. ➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. Okay, so, you probably don't remember me but we played together a MILLION YEARS AGO. And let me tell you I would LOVE to play this asshole off your Quill. So I'm gonna just slam deerington down, slide the TDM toward you and slap on a Ryan Reynolds face icon and hope it seduces you into at least playing on the TDM.

Deer is a medium to large horror game with a super interactive plot and the ability to go full balls to the wall horror or mellow it out with some Lake Placid level horror shenanigans. Anything that wigs you out has the ability of being opt out-able. It's super backtag friendly, I'm probably the slowest rper on Earth these days and I still have tons of fun. I'd say its medium paced and we got a bunch of MCUs last round so you'd have castmates ... sorta. We also have some comic and game characters.

Ac is collected in points, you only need 30 a month between four threads (and log tags are weighted at 3 points) and any extra points can be used to get in game rewards.

Hello! Can I throw melodiesofeternity at you? I play a Conquest-path Corrin at that game and last app period we also got a male Birthright-path Corrin (called Kamui) as well. I'd absolutely love to see a Xander of any stripe (though especially Conquest of course) in the game.

It's a laid-back game, medium-size cast, very back-tagging friendly, no memloss, but some power-nerfing and there's a player-driven overall plot with options for SoL elements as well between adventures. Player-run plots are also a thing. It's based on FFXIV and there's a class system based on that. There is some power-nerfing (Xander would have to pick a starting class from the in-game options and wouldn't start with Siegfried, for example), but custom classes and item regains would allow for gaining lost power back.

The next app period isn't until July 1st, but our Test Drive Meme will probably be going up sometime in the middle of June. I'd be happy to let you know when that happens if it sounds like something you might be interested in. ^_^

HELLO THERE if you're interested in survival and explanation, i'd like to recommend lifeaftr! we've got a game ad right over here, but the gist of it is that it's set on an archipelago and has a lot of emphasis on characters interacting with the plot, though you're free to just have your character roll with the punches if you want. we do have monthly events that span broad genres, but the central thrust of the game is exploration and what players can uncover about the mysteries of the metaplot.

we have taggers of essentially every speed, but our AC is low-pressure and simple, and we're very backtag-friendly. our AC system is completely automated - all you have to do is tag, and we do the rest. there's non-compulsory AC you can do if you want to get your character rewards, but that is completely optional!

After being introduced to this canon recently, gotta say I like your taste. :)

Can I suggest thewake to you? It is a mostly slice-of-life game with occasional game plot appearing now and then and events changing things up called reality storms. Sometimes it involves some dark themes, sometimes it involves goofy things like all of the characters participating in super smash bros. battles or being turned into mermaids. What happens is usually determined OOCly by player vote, though there are some mod events too, and they're ALL opt-in which is nice.

The main point of the game is to focus on character development and change, and the whole premise of the game is "waking" and bending reality to one's will. The characters worlds' are dreams, and they're called forth by a powerful entity called an aeon to "wake" in the living city of Nautilus. It's up to you whether you want Raphtalia to have a relatively chill time there or to go through some dramatic experiences, whatever suits you!

It's a very old game, but it ticks basically every bit of your list, with the exception of AC; it's a little complicated, but I tried to simplify it below;

AC is 2 pieces. 1 piece can consist of;
- 12 of your comments in a thread in network style posting. Can be split between 2 threads of minimum 6 of your comments each to make 1 piece.
- A network post created by you
- A participation in any log, whether you wrote the post or not. Can be only one comment as it's generally accepted that log posts take a lot more effort to compose than network posting.

Oh my god a Hugh. I love the Miss Peregrines series so props to you already. Might i suggest entranceway ? It's set in Wonderland with game events based on the memories of characters living there so it has a good mix of SOL and plot. You also have the option of making a mirror version of your character beyond the looking glass, so that's a thing. His bees should be fine, no power nerfing here. There's also plenty of kids from all kinds of bizzare canons so he'd be in good company.

While usir is an AU, I think it may hit on a lot of your other preferences, so I figured, hey, worth a mention.

The premise is characters died in a massive war fueled by what were essentially three god-like dragons deciding to start a fight. 100 years later, they find themselves resurrected just in time for everything to start going wrong all over again. We've got airships, dragons, tons of magic, and a cult looking to stir up trouble for everyone.

AC is just 14 comments across 2-3 threads and you can pick up additional rewards for those threads and more as wanted. There's no power loss, though powers do need to be AUed into the existing magic system. For Dragon Age magic, that shouldn't be too hard, since it already includes arcane magic, elemental magic, and so on.

It's a full-on fantasy AU set in the world of Idan with dragons, airships, magic, and a dangerous cult that's out to cause no end of trouble for everyone. The plot is basically characters died 100 years ago in a huge war and have been brought back to life for reasons currently unknown. It's a small game and fairly slower-paced and we do regularly get chances to be involved in the overarching plot.

AU-wise, it's also pretty easy to AU powers and such into the game. Weapon constructs might fit under arcane spells or just running with the usual FF spells with elemental magic, etc.

Would you possibly be interested in empatheias? The game premise is characters are dropped into a world where emotions manifest as various effects in the world around them, it has ongoing plot (both game plot and occasional player-driven stuff) but also plenty of opportunities for day to day shenanigans, aaaand we have a decent-sized Fate/ cast and would welcome more!

On the technical side, there's minimal to no power nerfing, the game tends to be medium-ish in size and pace, and I've definitely never had any issues with backtagging threads for ages!

It's definitely leaning heavily more on the "medium" end of your pacing range but have you looked at empatheias? We have a FGO cast there already and would absolutely LOVE other Fate/ cast! Activity requirements are either one post + seven comments or 2+ threads totaling ten or more comments per month, so it's pretty easy to make. The game setting itself is a world where everyone's emotions manifest as various effects on the world around them, there's usually some sort of minievent of some sort each month, and did I mention we would love some more variety in our Fate/ cast? :)
