ENABLEMEPLZ meme goes up on the Second Saturday of every month FOR GAME ADS: ➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed. ➤ PLEASE NOTE A RULE CHANGE HERE. ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no oversized banners (they must be 250px in height or less), no blinking text, no obnoxious table html that doesn't collapse easily, no sparklies, no large pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad. FOR GAME QUESTIONS: ➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme. ➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Unnecessary vitriol, any mention of personal drama or wank, or mod teams/individual mods/players being singled out, will be either frozen or screened (based on what seems right based on the content). FOR CHARACTER ADS: ➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. Others will comment to you with the games/casts they want you to join. ➤ There is a "Find a Castmate" section, where you can talk about a cast you play in at a game, and try to lure people to join it. Not all games post to the meme or have a "wanted" section, so players that want to tempt people to their cast on their own can use this section for it. Please format this the same as the PSL section, where you post your character's canons in your subject. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find a Castmate" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. When listing who's currently in a cast, please do this in sentence form (with commas) rather than in list form. ➤ There is a "Find Crosscanon" section, where you can talk about a character you play and and desired crosscanon for that character. Please make sure this is not too generalized a search, because just wanting general crosscanon can be accomplished with the other sections of the meme. This is for specific characters or character types you're looking for. In the subject, please list the "Looking for [canon you're looking for]" rather than your character's canon. If looking for a character type, list the character type in as few words as possible. Do not make the subject huge or I'll screen your comment. - Looking for castmates as well as fun cross-canon combinations!
- I can work with most scenarios or tones! Adventure, gen, comedy, some crack, angst, hurt/comfort, fluff, some horror. One type of scenario I really like to play with would be shared dreams/mindscapes. Always down for comedic situations like being stuck in ridiculous predicaments. Also open to your standard AUs such as Pokemon, Avatar: The Last Airbender or that one magical school.
- My main limits are that I don't like scenarios that are too extreme in terms of being graphic/bleak/depressing, and I don't play smut, though nsfw content that doesn't necessarily lead to sex (or fades to black) is still fine, including comedic and/or fluffy scenarios.
- In terms of shipping, I primarily lean towards playing m/f for most of my characters, ot f/f for Scorpia. I also don't do incest or huge age gaps (unless maybe both characters are adults) but otherwise I'm generally open in trying out ships either within canon or cross-canon!
- Shipping aside, I also love playing with family/found family dynamics! So relevant canonmates would be welcome (like Gosalyn for Drake!), as would other potential family dynamics!
- My tagging speed can vary dramatically. It depends on various factors from my schedule for the day to my mood on a given day to what characters I'm feeling most at a given time. So it might be fast sometimes, it might be slow/backburnered for a while, but I'm open to being contacted with inquiries!

⤑ Soulmates / Mated tropes, particularly when combined with other things such as monsters / the supernatural. I like markings, mating rituals and such.

✔ PSLs or memes! When it comes to shipping, I am happy with M/F and F/F alike. OCs, Canon and Cross-Canon, are all equally as awesome. I'd also love to have Monika face the other Dokis (Sayori, Yuri and Natsuki) for cute or dramatic stuff.

✔ Monika can easily be isekai'd into any setting given her unique predicament. She manages to escape from DDLC and poof, she pops up in your character's world. And then, somehow they meet? The other way around is possible, too, with your character getting trapped in DDLC.

✔ AUs are great! I'd particularly love AUs where she is an AI or android with no ties to DDLC (maybe she is an experiment, she's the local HAL-2000, your character created her, etc) or a normal High Schooler / College Student who still has traumatic elements to her story.

✔ I'm happy to play gen or shipping stuff, though I'll admit I have a soft spot for shippy scenes. DDLC+ spoilers can be included or excluded as needed. Romance, angst, drama, twisted love, (psychological) horror, conflicts and fluff are all super loved. Scenes that involve hypnosis, brainwashing or corruption are absolutely loved, but in no way necessary.

✿ SHIPPING PREFERENCES

✔ Monika only wishes for two things: to escape DDLC and to find love. In her mind, love can save her from the living hell that is DDLC and the digital void. Despair has driven her to a point where she'll fall for about anyone who makes her feel would it be just a little bit better. Of course, that's unhealthy and she knows it.

✔ Right now I am in a mood for dramatic and tragic things. Emotional yet angsty romances. Happy endings are the best, but they're even better when they feel earned. I want to play something with an arduous path leading to the happy.

✔ I am also very interested in characters who will be possessive / obsessive / manipulative towards Monika. As she is desperate for love and will fall for anyone showing her kindness or promising her love, she can be very easily manipulated. However, she is not stupid and will likely realize she's being played like a damn fiddle. After all, she was the manipulative, possessive and obsessive one back in DDLC. The struggle would be for her to decide whether she should listen her heart or her brain. Things such as corruption work great with this, but aren't required.

✔ Smut is okay so long as the scene leads naturally into it. I'm not interested in roleplays where smut happens for no reason. There needs to be a proper build-up and natural progression towards it. Kink-wise, I have a kink list on my journal.

➤ OTHER

• I usually tag at least once a day, but sometimes I may be a tad slower!

The Face Behind the Mask
Probably mostly a Harley option- meeting a superhero/villain who has a secret identity that she doesn't know. I really think this one could be fun- finding ways to spend time together without seeing their face (blindfolded make-outs, hello,) maybe having a separate relationship with them in the real world, and not know they're the same person??

I love love LOVE writing heists and action scenes of any kind- fights, intricate burglaries- maybe there's a huge starfish stomping around and they have to kill it?? Especially with Arthur, dreamspace has a lot of potential for weird surrealism and even psychological horror (just in time for Halloween!) Maybe your character is working with them; maybe they're here to stop them; maybe they're almost squished by a starfish and just got pulled into the action??

Okay, I've always wanted to try this one, but I'm not at all interested in dub-con or non-con, which can make it a bit tricky. I figure, either both characters get whammied at once, and then rip their clothes off and go to town; or there's got to be some IC negotiation beforehand and someone takes it willingly (and Harley totally would, that girl would snort anything.)

It's October, y'all, let's get some of that good good horror going on. Arthur and Co have to extract information from a serial killer? Harley agrees to help stop one of the REALLY bad supervillains? (I'm looking at you, Professor Pyg.) Someone gets turned into a vampire, and there's either gonna be a murder or a smooch? Or hmu with your ideas!

- For shippy stuff, I do prefer to build up to the relationship, see what kind of chemistry they have, instead of jumping into assumed cr (give me some of those slow burn USTy vibes)

- Specifically for Harley: I'm not interested in writing with a Joker, an Ivy, or any of the younger Batfam at the moment. But I'm down to give anyone else a try, hero or villain or neither, and cross-canon is always great!

- Down to write smut or fade to black, whichever you prefer! With smut, I love stuff with D/S vibes, which can be as overt or subtle as you like; maybe there's a St. Andrews Cross and someone's getting flogged, maybe it's just an emotional overtone of control. But in general, using sex to explore power dynamics and characterization is both my jelly and my jam.
