FOR GAME ADS:

➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed.

➤ PLEASE NOTE A RULE CHANGE HERE. ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no oversized banners (they must be 250px in height or less), no blinking text, no obnoxious table html that doesn't collapse easily, no sparklies, no large pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad.

FOR GAME QUESTIONS:

➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme.

➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Unnecessary vitriol, any mention of personal drama or wank, or mod teams/individual mods/players being singled out, will be either frozen or screened (based on what seems right based on the content).

FOR CHARACTER ADS:

➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. Others will comment to you with the games/casts they want you to join.

➤ There is a "Find a Castmate" section, where you can talk about a cast you play in at a game, and try to lure people to join it. Not all games post to the meme or have a "wanted" section, so players that want to tempt people to their cast on their own can use this section for it. Please format this the same as the PSL section, where you post your character's canons in your subject. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find a Castmate" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. When listing who's currently in a cast, please do this in sentence form (with commas) rather than in list form.

➤ There is a "Find Crosscanon" section, where you can talk about a character you play and and desired crosscanon for that character. Please make sure this is not too generalized a search, because just wanting general crosscanon can be accomplished with the other sections of the meme. This is for specific characters or character types you're looking for. In the subject, please list the "Looking for [canon you're looking for]" rather than your character's canon. If looking for a character type, list the character type in as few words as possible. Do not make the subject huge or I'll screen your comment. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find Crosscanon" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. This section is only for game crosscanon as in the psl section people can list their preferences.

➤ Examples of crosscanon you can search for: You play The Flash from DC Comics and your dream CR is fellow speedster Quicksilver from Marvel. Or you might play a witch and want cr with other witches in general. Or maybe you play a good character messed up by evil parents and want to play against a villain character you know has evil parents, because you know it'd lead to some interesting negative CR.

➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding, with the same rules as the Game Ads Section above.

➤ If you're recommending a game to someone, try to match your suggestion to their needs. It's okay if part of your game rec is copy-pasted (such as what the game's about), but at least some part of the rec must be personalized to their ad. Try not to recommend the same game to every single ad, either. Ad spam that isn't individualized in some way will also be frozen or screened. Keep in mind this needs to be more specific than "this game has easy AC like you're asking for but meets none of your other requirements." Make sure you're advertising games that might click with that specific character, where a few elements fit what they're looking for. You should be thinking about the story reasons of how the character might click with the game.

IN GENERAL:

➤ Don't be a dick. This isn't one of the anoncomms, so any snide comments or unnecessary commentary on the RP plans of others will be frozen or screened.

SEEKING:

Angela: Canon-wise, I'd love to play with a Tao, Carole, Tuesday, or... literally anyone from the canon? Do other people still play from this? Otherwise for cross-canon, I would love to toss her at characters from other music-themed canons in particular! I know of NANA, BECK, and a little bit of Love Live, which are all valid and good, but any other music canons I'm canon-blind to are just fine with me! Or anyone else that might be in the entertainment business, as she also has acting and modeling experience. Or really, anyone in her age group (she's 16) who wants to try to befriending her.

I'd really like to play her post-canon in which she struggles with finally having some sort of freedom to her life. Basically juggling her professional life in trying to maintain her spot at the top (along with maybe collaborating with other artists, dealing with tabloid crap, learning to make music outside of AI generated stuff, maybe having rivalries with other rising music artists?) along with actually getting the time to make friends and doing the fun stuff that girls her age should be doing.

Shipping-wise, either gender is fine! She just wants to be loved, really. While I prefer shipping to be in her age group (so other teens), I'm down for aging her up too. Mostly, I think it'd be fun to RP out something that's all over the tabloids and dealing with the fallout with that.

Tama: Honestly anyone from the canon, but I'm especially thirsty for Ryuki, Date (it's a goddamned shame the pervert duo never got a chance to shine), Mizuki, Masked Girl, Aiba, or Boss! As far as cross-canon goes, other AIs, people missing an eyeball (she can help you see better AND give you crazy investigation tools!), or murder investigation types would be a good fit!

There's no kind of pots I'm really looking for in particular with her, but I really just wanna play out more silly stuff with her! Having her randomly thirst or make dirty puns over something to another character's exasperation is always fun or she can mom friend you and tell you to do better!!! But more or less, I'm looking for wacky adventures here.

Shipping-wise... she's usually in the form of an eyeball! But she does have a kind of holographic human form too, so it's not impossible. Ryuki is the only one in canon that she really has any shipping vibes with in canon (and I'm down with that ship - but just as happy to play them completely platonic, for the record), but I'm down for trying any ship with any adult character, really. Apparently smut is possible (thanks, Uchikoshi), so if anyone has any interest *BIG SHRUG*. Either way, it's probably gonna be weird!

Shinobu: Literally anyone from canon, there's like five of us out there still playing from this, man. But otherwise other assassins or fighters from other canons is good too! I can play either her 21 year old version, in which she's gleefully happy to get into any fight and insult your character the entire time. Or her 30 year old version in which she's more reserved about getting into fights (but still will and will still trash talk) and more interested in running her dojo (and training people younger than her, if anyone wants to be her protegee).

Shipping-wise, she has a really bad taste in men in canon, so I'm mostly looking for the biggest disaster men I can find here! Give me your biggest, hottest, messes. Other fighters will get her attention faster, but she has also dated at least one gamer, so that's not an exclusive thing either.

Laughing Beauty: I'm actually more interested in cross-canon for her! I'm not against canon, but she's such an obscure character that I know it's hard to put her against other people from MGS. But please hit me up anyway, if there's any interest! But I'm mostly looking for other mercenary/soldier types, other morally shady characters, or it might be fun putting her against vampire or werewolf types as she's dealing with the fallout of being a former "Beast" herself. Mostly looking for plots in which she's trying to figure out how to live outside of a battlefield and struggling with it. Either come show her the fun parts of town or be just as clueless as she is in wandering around an amusement park or something.

Shipping-wise, she's more of a one night stand or friends with benefits kinda girl. She does have a preference for men (particularly strong, older types), but I'm also down for ships with any woman that fits the above descriptors! Also down for romance, but it's gonna take some work!

OTHER:

- My tagging speed is probably a little on the slower side, so be aware! It really depends on the day, but I can tag anywhere from maybe a couple times a day to maybe a couple times a week. Also don't mind tagging with people that might go at a slower pace than that.
- Laughing Beauty is my go to character if you want to write out smut! I'm not against it for the other girls, but they'll need more build-up.
- If you just want gen, I'm totally down with that, no shipping needed!
- I'm more used to tagging on Bakerstreet, but would also love to try a PSLs too!
- I prefer brackets, but can do prose. Prose tags might take me longer to do, though.
