ENABLEMEPLZ meme goes up on the last Saturday of every month FOR GAME ADS: ➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed. ➤ PLEASE NOTE A RULE CHANGE HERE. ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no oversized banners (they must be 250px in height or less), no blinking text, no obnoxious table html that doesn't collapse easily, no sparklies, no large pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad. FOR GAME QUESTIONS: ➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme. ➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Unnecessary vitriol, any mention of personal drama or wank, or mod teams/individual mods/players being singled out, will be either frozen or screened (based on what seems right based on the content). FOR CHARACTER ADS: ➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. Others will comment to you with the games/casts they want you to join. ➤ There is a "Find a Castmate" section, where you can talk about a cast you play in at a game, and try to lure people to join it. Not all games post to the meme or have a "wanted" section, so players that want to tempt people to their cast on their own can use this section for it. Please format this the same as the PSL section, where you post your character's canons in your subject. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find a Castmate" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. When listing who's currently in a cast, please do this in sentence form (with commas) rather than in list form. ➤ There is a "Find Crosscanon" section, where you can talk about a character you play and and desired crosscanon for that character. Please make sure this is not too generalized a search, because just wanting general crosscanon can be accomplished with the other sections of the meme. This is for specific characters or character types you're looking for. In the subject, please list the "Looking for [canon you're looking for]" rather than your character's canon. If looking for a character type, list the character type in as few words as possible. Do not make the subject huge or I'll screen your comment. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find Crosscanon" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. This section is only for game crosscanon as in the psl section people can list their preferences. ➤ Examples of crosscanon you can search for: You play The Flash from DC Comics and your dream CR is fellow speedster Quicksilver from Marvel. Or you might play a witch and want cr with other witches in general. Or maybe you play a good character messed up by evil parents and want to play against a villain character you know has evil parents, because you know it'd lead to some interesting negative CR. ➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding, with the same rules as the Game Ads Section above. ➤ If you're recommending a game to someone, try to match your suggestion to their needs. It's okay if part of your game rec is copy-pasted (such as what the game's about), but at least some part of the rec must be personalized to their ad. Try not to recommend the same game to every single ad, either. Ad spam that isn't individualized in some way will also be frozen or screened. Keep in mind this needs to be more specific than "this game has easy AC like you're asking for but meets none of your other requirements." Steven has been in the game for several years, and I’ve recently had him physically grow to his teenage self within the setting, although his canon point is still from before the timeskip (early in “Change Your Mind” - but I may actually update in the near future). I’d welcome characters from any canon point! Just be aware that Empatheias has a one month rule for apping from new canons, so most Future canon points will not yet be appable. The first four episodes may still be considered to be appable (as it does not always have to be a full 30 days); I would double check with the mods if anyone wants to use one of those canon points (and also about whether or not some characters are considered to have enough canon to be appable - I’d love to have Volleyball or any of the Rose Buds around if they can be apped!)

[game info]: Prismatica is a sci-fi/fantasy game set on the titular planet, where characters are brought to solve an energy crisis centering around Chroma, a powerful energy source generated by intimate contact. This ranges from hand-holding to more NSFW things, but it's entirely possible and common for characters to get by on hand-holding and hugs. Each month, characters also experience a series of moon cycles, with optional changes based on whichever "moonblessing" you choose for them when apping in. These can be physical, mental or supernatural, and the effects you take are completely flexible and can change month to month. There's also a pretty wide variety of animal options for transformations now, including fantasy ones like dragons and kitsune.

Events range from action to lighthearted to suspense and basically the whole gamut, so there's a good range for any kind of character. The game EMP usually goes up around the 5th of the month and the TDM on the 8th.

Events tend to be a mix of SOL and action prompts, usually with optional sexy/NSFW themes. While the game IS huge, it is also very low pressure, with easy AC and a backtag friendly playerbase. Our already large (and friendly, welcoming, awesome, etc etc) RWBY cast continues to grow, so there's never been a better time to join! The Aurora Express is a train traveling through fantasy outer space on a mission to bring light back to a universe that has been corrupted by darkness referred to only as Malice. Characters will travel to darkened stars, tiny planets that once held life and are now full of monsters and other horrors, in order to restore its prism (essentially heart) and free it from Malice.

Characters that are brought into the game are placed on one of six teams. Each team has a theme in which characters are encouraged to create bonds that help fight back malice. These teams are often forced to compete against one another due to an evil that is attempting to stop their mission. Players have the choice of bringing their character into the game with their powers and memories intact, or are allowed to strip either the character's powers OR memories (but not both) and are able to earn them back. It's up to the player!

[game info]: A panfandom game focused on body horror and long term character development on how they deal with those changes. Upon arrival, every new character will be stripped of their previous powers and begin to change into one of the listed monsters. The game is heavily focused on what happens after the change, such as what god you align with, how you go about treating the remaining npc humans, or what you allow yourself to become. Currently, Lup and Taako are both nagas.

We actually just switched to monthly apps, but As far as other game stuff, AC is pretty standard (twenty comments across the board) which can be used from up to five different threads. We also have a super sweet bonus AC system that awards coins that can be used to buy monster upgrades, spells, or even bring in stuff from a character's homeworld- Lup bought the Starblaster (even if it doesn't fly) and they've got a couple of spells back in their repertoire. From in-game votes, characters are allowed to travel to other islands, discover the mystery of the world itself, it's broken-off islands, and how they happened to come here. AC is VERY low (3 comments in a single thread per month) and involves HEAVY player interaction with the plot. You can also sit back and roll with the punches! It is important to note that it is a low-tech setting and there is some power nerfing (but not total loss)- check out the linked pages for more info.

[game info]: Prismatica is in a sci-fi fantasy setting with events that can include a wide variety of tones including comedy, action, horror and smuts. In the setting, characters can gain/replenish energy through physical contact, with anything from handholding to sex being a valid method. On a monthly basis, the moon can also cause temporary changes to characters that players can pick and choose from (including animal features, changes to behavior, powers and sexual options). It is just a sex-friendly game, and anything smut-related is just optional.

In terms of canon points, Edgeworth's from way back in his early days, after the trial of Terry Fawles, while Dick Gumshoe's from after the first AAI game, and Kay is from AAI2. Feel free to add to the timeline confusion if you'd like!

The game's AC consists of just five network comments or three log comments, and extra activity can be turned in for items from the 'Ware Wolf Shop'. Prismatica is a sci-fi fantasy setting which also features an 80's aesthetic. The tone varies in a make-it-what-you-will way, with event and TDM prompts offering everything from things to play with in the setting, to fluff, to smut, to action and more.

There are some really fun mechanics to play around with between Moonblessings (think of these as patrons or houses, just very informal) and the setting. Moonblessings provide a range of options to play from, including physical transformations (within your character's moon's influence), powers, and personality traits.

Characters without powers are granted one through their moonblessing on arrival, though you can also choose to ignore that if you'd rather keep them "mundane"! It's very opt-in friendly. Currency is generated via physical affection, and there are opportunities for exploration that come up through monthly events.

I play Rapunzel from about the first 1/3rd of the film right now, though she has been appropriately spoiled on major plot beats during her previous stay. I'd love to play around with castmates from later canon points, or from similar points in the film! She's currently rooming with a ninja who likes to set traps, so it'd be strongly advised that spontaneous visits be kept to a minimum.

[wanted]: honestly anyone, the nature of the game puts Ocelot in a position with little reason for sincere antagonism so it's unlikely anyone's going to get killed. I'm a sucker for a lot of the major female characters (a Naomi, EVA, Quiet, or Meryl would be really neat to throw Ocelot at, though I think there's plenty of characters in prismatica that'd be all kinds of fun to see those girls interact with.)

A Kaz could be neat.

Any of the Snakes (Venom, Naked, Solid, Liquid, Solidus or just Big Boss) would straight up kill me with delight.

But as I said I am down for anyone.

(Very quietly if there's a sadist out there who has a Huey muse looking to have him bullied/tortured hmu, might lead to weird things in primatica since Otacon was in the game for about six months, but PSL or in game I am always here for Huey suffering if anyone else is into that)

TL;DR: low pressure 80s scifi/fantasy setting where mutually consensual touch is currency. There's moon based transformations and sex options but it's entirely up to you how much, if at all, you engage in them.

For Ocelot personally, he doesn't have much trust for the local government and is certain there's more to everything than what's been said, but accepted without magic it's very difficult for him to take a direct route to finding out more, so he currently sells it like he's on a form of holiday while gathering information, experimenting with the abilities the moons grant, and generally gathering weapons, technology, drugs, and other supplies that seem like they may be of use.

Arriving in the town of Beacon means somehow, you died at home, but now you find yourself faced with a new challenge of bringing light back to this strange world. The game is heavy on plot and exploration, with regular mod-run events occurring monthly.
